We had reservations, yet when we arrived, we were seated in direct sunlight on a very uncomfortable table. I politely asked to be moved, but the hostess (Hannah) told us other people had reservations. I reminded her that we also had a reservation, but we were still not accommodated. Extremely disappointing service — what’s the point of reserving a table if you’re treated as though your reservation doesn’t matter?

There was not enough staff at restaurant they tried there best there just wasn't enough help. The chopped salad was soaked with dressing and lots of salt. I got the grilled grouper it was good but very salty.

We have been to Oceanside 3 times, and we have had a very pleasant experience and the food and service has been wonderful every time.

Whoever owns this restaurant needs to staff it better. The management tried to help we had reservations at seven. We didn't get our first drink till 740. We ordered a cold appetizer. I had to ask the manager where it was that came at 7:50 and then a dinner came on top of that at 7:55. They are way too crowded and not enough people working there Other than that the food was really good if they have better staffing, it would be more enjoyable

We ordered from here frequently when at the pool daily and the wait staff was kind and the food wasn't bad, one waitress even brought us a complimentary guacamole since the seagulls literally ripped our whole basket of chips and guac apart when we stepped away for about 2 seconds to grab my other child to sit and eat the food we ordered. We appreciated that very much. However, on our last night we dined here and my children were served raw chicken tenders with the batter oozing out and when cut open just complete raw chicken beneath the fried part. THANK GOD I didn't just give my kids the tenders to eat and cut them open for them in attempts to have them cool off quicker because they were so hungry. The waitress comped their meal (even though their meals were half off during the promotion), but we appreciated the gesture at making raw chicken being served an okay thing. Other than that the food was alright, the calamari was fishy tasting and my mahi mahi was rubbery. It was convenient to have by the poolside to order from the menu offerings were nice but don't think I'd actually dine here for dinner but would order poolside again forsure.

The service was Excellent even though we all found the restaurant to be a bit on the loud side. The food we all decided was delicious..... everything we ordered was. .... From appetizers to entrees- they were all delicious. .... The tuna tartare, the shrimp platter, just thinking about them and I'm salivating. Every entree was a hit !

Talking Straight with Nate
I went to this on my first night at the Omni hotel. Our server Martina What is very helpful and what is also a bartender at the Oceanside so she was able to recommend cocktails as well as anything on the menu. It was great. We even go to see the Fourth of July fireworks there that night. Pricey but overall it was great.
Food was excellent and the service was great...courteous and helpful. Really enjoyed our experience.

We found this to be a very average restaurant. It's not what I expected from an Omni property, but the service was exceptional. The oysters were frozen before serving. From our table, you can see the ocean. The swordfish was average only because you could tell it was not fresh. The bar in the central hotel was excellent, and the bartender, Deborah, was amazing! It
