Been here a few times this year and it never disappoints!! Fun atmosphere with even better customers who enjoy the music and crowd together! The Palace is a must when visiting Amelia Island.

Temper your expectations a bit. History is often understated. This is just a bar no matter how old it is. The menu gives the historical rundown. The Pirates Punch is ok. Not too sweet; not too tart. But it gets the job done. Bartender was very nice. We went in, had some Punch, left, and took a photo out front. Tourist mission accomplished! Expectations met so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Love this place, we came in for drinks on a weekend during a car show. Great location! Leslie was phenomenal. Super quick service, she obviously loves her job! She is a keeper and definitely deserves a raise. Don’t let this gem go. We will definitely be back.

Stopped by for a drink with friends. They had live music, great atmosphere the bartender that was working named Leslie was fantastic. Very attentive thanks for the quick service Leslie! We will definitely come back great service because bar tenders like you are worth their weight in gold!

Truly tried hard to give this place a fair chance every time was a horrible experience and I kept going back six or seven times and it’s always the same old thing —- BAD! It’s never crowded. Always just a handful of people (sometimes singing, horrible, horrible karaoke) The staff looks right at you and ignores you. You can stand at the bar with money in your hand, and the bartender still goes the opposite direction ——again let me say never been crowded when I was there! There’s absolutely no excuse for the horrible staff and bad service for that many visits.

The lure of this bar is it's the oldest bar in Florida, unfortunately there's not much else appealing about this place. There's 1 TV, the jukebox doesn't work and doesn't looked touched since the fire. Bathrooms are poorly designed. Beers were $5 for Coors Light. There's several tables and the place is clean, it's decent enough for a drink but we didn't stay past an hour due to the lack of atmosphere.

You have got to go here if for no other reason than to have a drink at the oldest Saloon on Florida. Try the pirate punch, then kick back, visit, meet people, enjoy the live music when they have it, play pool. Great times to be had. Never left without a story to tell.
Jeff the bartender is an outstanding guy! Go see him and tip him until he is a millionaire!

Drinks ok, service ok, place was lively and fun! There are three rooms you can maze through both with their own vibe. The live music is fun and they have Pool tables etc. Cool place! I like it. Fun place to hang out with a group of friends.
