The service and ambiance were great at Salt. The vegetarian options and portion sizes were disappointing. Not a restaurant I would recommend if you're vegetarian or vegan since the only entry option was the white bean soup that wasn't very filling but tasted good. Salad sizes were also very small. The service and views were exceptional.

A completely underwhelming experience from the Ritz Carlton. The setting was nice but the food and the service were completely lacking in what you would expect from the Ritz. First time staying at this Ritz Carlton resort but suffice it to say it doesn't hold a candle to the Naples Ritz. The oysters we great and my wife's scallops were reasonably good. The entrees were abysmal. My wife had the lamb and the accompaniments were atrocious with some baked lump of artichoke on the plate. I had the tenderloin which was lacking flavor and seasoning and it was served over a tablespoon of what seemed to be potato puree. I would not recommend this outlet and for $380 I would probably go off property to arguably better dining options.

We didn't even get to have the experience because Salt turned us away once we brought our children. Mind you, we have brought our children inside Salt to eat 4 other times. They now have a “new” policy that supposedly started last month that doesn't allow children under 8 years old. Salt even called to confirm the reservation and Marley left a voicemail on my phone and never told us about their new policy. I made the reservation months ago and they failed to communicate the change and just turned us away once we got there tonight. Pretty poor service and sad. Especially since our girls are perfect in restaurants. Bad management and communication

Perfect from start to finish. We did the Chef's Tasting Menu, and were in love with every dish. Did the wine pairing and it was spot on as well. Great service to match!

The tasting menu and wine pairing were an example of quality ingredients, creatively prepared, beautifully plated, and served with perfect timing. They made my wife's birthday celebration a very special occasion from beginning to end.
Initial recognition of a birthday dinner that was carried throughout the dinner. Above and beyond service. Interesting presentation of octopus and the lamb was excellent. My wife had the halibut which also was excellent. Pricey but you get what you pay for.

The entire experience was terrific (as always!). We appreciate Anthony taking such good care of us. The meal was exceptional. Chef Okan and his team consistently deliver. I can't recommend Salt more highly.

The food at Salt is excellent — flavorful, beautifully prepared, and the bread with the signature salts is outstanding. Unfortunately, the service on our recent visit was not at all what we expected. All three appetizers arrived at once, followed almost immediately by the entrées, which made the meal feel rushed. Our server disappeared for long stretches — we requested a wine list before our main course, but he didn't return until we were halfway through eating. After dessert, we waited 45 minutes for the check because he was nowhere to be found. This was a stark contrast to our visit in June, when the service was exceptional — we were welcomed with a sabered bottle of champagne for my birthday and felt cared for the entire evening. That experience was so wonderful that we booked a night at the Ritz and dinner at Salt again for my husband's birthday. Sadly, the inconsistency between visits was disappointing. Bottom line: the food is delicious, but the service can be very hit-or-miss.

Absolutely outstanding! My husband and I chose the tasting menu for our anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. More than 24 hours later, we’re still talking about each course—it was truly unforgettable. The highlight of the evening was our server, Anthony. His genuine passion for food came through in the way he described each dish and thoughtfully paired it with the perfect wine. His knowledge and enthusiasm elevated the entire experience; the meal simply wouldn’t have been the same without him.

Our server, David, was extremely knowledgeable, and Marley, Jennifer, David, and Matt made the entire night feel so special for me. I can honestly say it was the best birthday I’ve ever had.
