The noise level was very loud compared to other times we have dined at Salt. The unexpected wine pairing for am additional price was disappointing. A house wine option that came with the $192 meal as it had in the past should have been an option. This was not the experience we had last year at the Restaurant Week Closing Dinner - food and drink was just not as expected.
A great finale to restaurant week. My only complaint was being asked to move our seats to accommodate three women who were the last to arrive at our table. But the host made it worth a while. I offering us a beverage on the house. The food was delicious and it was a wonderful experience.
Food and service (Patty) were amazing. Each course unique and special. We were seated in the side room which was a bit noisier than the main room.
Great food and service. Amazing evening. Restaurant is slightly loud but it was at capacity
Super expensive for what you get - almost laughably over priced. Hard to believe there was any creativity, pride, or freshness coming out of the kitchen. Practically no options without meat or dairy. Salt gimmick is lackluster.
We love Salt and frequent it a few times a year and on special occasions. Overall it was a good experience. Food was good even though we did not like this interation of the lamb as much as the previous offerings. Snapper was delicious. Tuna that we had for starters was good as well but the quantity seems to have reduced somewhat over the years which was true for the lamb as well. Overall still a good experience but as much as it used to be.
Salt Amelia Island Ritz is best described as professional and personal. You can have a private meal with the severer being extremely professional or the servers will engage very personally also. Chef usually comes out to the tables and engage with you if you desire. The food is exquisite and it is like you are sitting on the beach having dinner. We have eaten at great restaurants around the world and only Salt has us wanting to continually return.
Our dinner was outstanding and service was impeccable! It was a memorable birthday celebration.
The most memorable birthday experience - food was outstanding, service was even better, ambiance was lovely, and details were thoughtful.
We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at Salt, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We had the New Year’s fixed-menu dining experience, and all five courses were thoughtful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
Highlights included yellowfin tuna tartare, delicate pasta stuffed with mushrooms, perfectly prepared lobster, an indulgent Wagyu course, and yummy dessert. The entire experience was refined, and memorable. The pacing of the meal was spot-on, allowing us to truly enjoy each course without feeling rushed.
The service was polished, warm, and attentive, making the evening feel special without being overbearing. Combined with the elegant atmosphere, it was the perfect way to mark such a meaningful milestone.
An outstanding fine-dining experience and a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend. 🥂

The food was really delicious and expertly prepared. The salads are generous. The butter poached halibut was incredible. Our waitress was super friendly and made a special family Holiday dinner even more special and memorable. Highly recommend.

The food and service was amazing from start to finish. We were sat at a beautiful table liokingvout at the Christmas tree in the dunes. We enjoyed scallops and a green salad to start and halibut and filet mignon for entrees. Finished with the chocolate souffle with burnt honey ice cream. Wine recommendations were on point. I highly recommend! Olga was our server and she was excellent.
