The most expensive Chuck E. Cheese on planet earth. Kids everywhere and parents did not care. Exchanged emails with the Maitre D which ghosted my wife and I after we recounted the experience. My impression is that this normal there. I had heard how great it was so definitely underwhelming. The food was good but did not make up for it. Two thumbs down.

Thank you Phil, David, Emma, Chef Okan, Chef Corey, all the Ladies and Gentlemen of Salt to make our dinner perfect! The champagne saber, the window seat. All to wish my husband a Happy Birthday was flawless. We will definitely be back. Thank you all. ??

Amazing. One of the next meals we have ever had. Loved the service as well as the food. Everyone so friendly and we appreciated the evening very much because of them. Special thanks to Shanna, our server; Matt, the sommelier; Terry for taking good care of us; and of course to Chef Okan Kizilbayir and his amazing culinary team

It's fun to eat at a place that aspires to something more than typical. I don't eat at a lot of Michelin star restaurants, but this place gives off that kind of vibe. Amazing service. Great food. Prices are a bit high and the menu is very limited, so take a look in advance.

Overall not what I had hoped for, but the service was impeccable and they resolved any shortcomings. I am willing to give them another try. Thank you for your attention to our concerns.

Absolutely a warm / upscale vibe Incredibly wonderful service, food was presented beautifully and paired with spectacular assorted wine pairings. Atmosphere on the Ocean with fire lights outside, gorgeous, comfortable seating. Best dinner, definitely coming back!

The food and service at this restaurant are always outstanding. We certainly believe it is the best in Amelia Island and most of north Florida. We have had Stacey take care of us the last 3 times we have been there. He is exceptional. We live in North Carolina and always enjoy our time at the Ritz Amelia Island.

Food was quite good, decor suitably elegant, service impeccable. Prices are astronomic. We were seated near a large party, and the live music (guitar instrumental) was way over-amplified. It was so loud that we literally could not hear the server explain the menu. Not what we should expect at those prices. We wouldn't go again unless we could be guaranteed a quiet table.

I wanted to share our awesome experience at this restaurant we visited recently. The service was outstanding!Olga, our waitress, was amazing - super professional, always on top of things, and handling multiple tasks like a pro. She kept us happy, with friendly vibes and a killer smile.Phil, the manager, went all out for our fifth wedding anniversary, popping the top off a champagne bottle with a sword! And get this, they even gave us the top as a keepsake. We scored a great ocean view table, too. The restaurant threw in a few extra goodies, including a menu signed by the whole crew. The food? Oh man, it was fantastic. And the team there? They were all great. Everyone who helped out made sure to wish us a happy anniversary. And a special shoutout to the head chef Okan Kizilbayir for coming out to congratulate us personally.Big thanks to the restaurant for an amazing night and for taking care of us! We'll definitely be back!

This is our second time here and it rates as one of the top two dinners I've ever had! The food was delicious! The service was incredible. The whole staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back!

Salt is a level above so many high end restaurants. They serve the chef “amuse bouche” and gourmet sweets after dinner. In the middle you get to experiment with in house infused salts on your breads and entree. The filet is top quality and perfectly done. The food is beautifully presented. The baklava is deconstructed and so flavorful. The staff calls you by name and is very attentive, but not intrusive. A perfect dinner and evening watching the full moon on the ocean!

Shawna was our main waitress and was attentive, friendly, professional. We were lucky to have her again as our waitress! Service staff exceptional, who assisted her. We had the snapper and octopus appetizer, simply delicious! Love to feel pampered at Salt. Special birthday for hubby. Always a treat to eat at Salt!
