Sliders Seaside Grill

Walked in the back way to get out of the rain. A server looked at us several times and seemed annoyed. Finally after my group of 6 had been waiting for about 5 minutes I asked about a hostess. She did direct us in the right direction, but I get the impression she hates her job. Hostess was sweet, got us sat quickly. Our server was nice but forgot to take the coleslaw off my boyfriend's plate even though he adamantly requested it not be there, hates the smell of cabbage. Not a huge deal, but it should have been on the ticket meaning: cooks, expo, and server missed that detail. Couple people from the table got the pain killer drink level 3, small drink, didnt seem like there could be 3 shots of each liquor in it, not worth $18. Food was okay. The one cool thing that was also a little freaky was the expo robot that delivered our apps. Overall, didnt think that it was worth the money.

We always love coming here! Whether it’s for fuel after being in the sun at the beach, or wanting to enjoy the location and view, or listening to the live music, it’s always a great place. Definitely get the ahi tuna tacos!! And a brew! Cannot be beat!!

Live music outside bar. Sectioned off family area w/ playground! Food came out fast & was incredible! Red fish, scallops & local giant white shrimp cooked to perfection. 2 out of 4 days we ate here. Highly recommended great service.

Really good food and atmosphere. We came pretty late at 7pm so missed out on the lovely beach views due to the dark. They had a live band playing, told us it'd be about a 20 min wait for a table (3 adults, 2 kids) inside and that was pretty spot on. They had a playground with sand toys for the kiddos. Food came out in about 10 mins. Crab cake order came with grits instead of okra but that was fixed quickly. Nephew devoured his flounder. Crab cakes were awesome. Wouldn't mind returning.

Shrimp platter with hush puppies was slammin'! The lobster and crab dip was sooo good! If you have little kids, there's a little sandy playground. You can eat while the kids play!

I didn’t give 5 stars on the food bc the biscuits & gravy was EXTREMELY salty. I’m a salt lover, I’ll often salt my food multiple times while eating. My husband ordered the biscuits & gravy & asked me to taste his food bc he thought it was salty, boy was it!! We let the server know thinking it may have been accidental. We were informed that’s how it is supposed to be.

My opinion, people should be informed when ordering, not everyone likes that amount of salt!!! I don’t know any that would like that, and I’m a salt lover.

Went to the tiki bar for drinks. Ordered a margarita. Worst margarita ever. I could not taste any tequila and pre mix was lacking flavor. After bar disappointment did not order food. Went somewhere else for dinner.

Been eating there 45 yrs . Great place to take kids for a meal .

Came in to sit at the Bar and watch the Jags game. Bartender refused to put the game on the TV bc he had a different Team in his fantasy football league.
Wont put the Jags on in Duval... 1*

Great food, excellent service, and great live music. It is a bit pricey, especially the drinks. Came to Amelia Island for our anniversary on the beach and capped it off here. So glad we did. Thanks for a memorable evening.
