Apparently they only work the mobile app orders as they have free time. I put an order in an hour in advance, arrived at the scheduled time, then waited 15 minutes for them to finish up with other customers and complete my order for 3 sandwiches. I said I wasn’t happy my order was ready on time and their response was that they were busy.

After placing my order I noticed I made a mistake on the choice of bread so I asked the owner if he was willing to let me switch it me, that I was willing to pay for the new sub roll and he told me he wasn’t allowed. I explained I didn’t mind paying for it and he told me no so I told him I’d never be back to his shop. He got offended and started running his mouth.Very rude disrespectful man, how you gonna run a business but not be willing to work with your customers if they make a mistake placing an order and are EVEN willing to pay for the mistake you made…This guy is a joke. Go back to daycare to learn basic manners in life.If someone tells you they no longer wanna come back to your shop due to the way you spoke to them OVER bread then you should understand and shut it.

The lady dropped my meat for my sandwich on the counter and proceeded to pick it up and place it on my sandwich. When asked to provide me w/new meat a bread I was immediately thrown out a said my service was no longer wanted. This isn’t the first time I have been to this establishment an witnessed cross-contamination. The lady who wears the green bangles on her wrist never washes her hands before putting on gloves. Nor does she wash her hands after removing the gloves to take money at the register an putting on a new set of gloves. Wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you want to become ill

Very good. Best sub I had from subway in a long time. Service was quick and good.
This place sucks. I had a subway coupon and the owner said that I could only get selected sandwiches on the list he had taped to the glass. This is not indicated on the coupon. Also the signage was was not lit up. No wonder the place was empty. He rather turn away a paying customer than make money for his business. Also. He would get reimbursed from the manufacturer subway franchise so her just cheap. Too cheap to fix the signage. That should have told me not to go in there. I will be reporting this store location to subway.

Had an absolutely amazing experience this evening. James was the employee I was greeted with and was so helpful and excited to be so. He took genuine care in the preparation of my order and double checked as he went (as my order was confusing). Can’t wait to want Subway again and I hope James is working. Thank you James.

I'd say it's the most average subway I've been to. Foods decent. Staff is friendly. Nothing stands out as exceptional and nothing to really complain about. Yeah, I'd recommend.
