First off I absolutely love this place, when I go there during the day everything always tastes amazing and they have plenty to choose from. However I went there tonight at 7:15 and they close at 8:00. That is 45 minutes until closing time. They were out of steak, beef, both rices, and pinto beans. They said cant make anymore. Now I was going to order about $30 in food and I am just one person. Imagine how many people come in and out within 45 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. It sounds like the food prep estimations need to be revisited. I ended up going to Chipotle which to me is no where near as good. I was very disappointed tonight. I normally don't get off work till 7ish and it appears I cant get my weekly surcheros as they will be out of food if you go past 7. I would understand if it was 745 but 45 minutes before closing, I dont understand that.
Food was way to expensive. The food you get is not good at all just seems like low standards on food quality. I'll save yah 20$ for a burrito bowl and a drink don't come here.
The steak burrito was delicious. The chips were fresh and crisp. The garlic salsa is the best.
The employees look like they hate working there, the portions are small, the rice is nearly rock hard and the food is cold. This is my 3rd time and it is consistently not good. I’m sticking with chipotle.
Tried again for the third time, food is consistently bad. Definitely take the drive over the bridge to chipotle or moes
Very small portions. Stale chips. RIPOFF
Worst Surcheros experience I’ve ever had, was out of everything, rice, lids, juice, etc. Gave the smallest portion for my takeout I’ve ever received and told me I would have to pay extra if I wanted chips when it’s supposed to come with the meal. Absolutely will not go to this location again, Kingsland location is 100% better.
The food is good, but way overpriced. They charge 14 dollars for nachos (more for steak) and give you barely any chips. Then they give the smallest amount of meat when compared to any of the other comparable restaurants including Moe’s and Chipotle. It is so small and not filling. You are spending 30-40 for quick Tex-Mex and leaving hungry. Burritos are the same way. It’s almost like they are not willing to give you what you are paying for. Be careful because they are making 15 a pop here and almost giving you nothing. I know it’s a business and they are out to make money, but they are making hand over fist money and it’s sad. My estimate of my nachos would like 3 dollar cost for what they give. In addition, the new food tsar they have working is mean and rude as well. Do better.
Should’ve just gone to the grocery store and dumped some raw rice and canned corn in a bowl, would’ve been the same thing. Been here 3 times and same thing every time.
0/10 if I could . I usually don’t do rating but you can’t be for real. The people that work there seem like they don’t care about the food being fresh when that’s the whole point of the business but no the rice was crunchy and everything look very old also there was a fly in there that landed by my food. I thought I was thinking to hard but when I got it I couldn’t even take a second bite. Eww very upsetting rather make the 30 minute drive to the one in Camden where they seem to care.

Brandon at the Fernandina location was extremely kind and hospitable. Give that man a raise!
The food is very good and fresh. The service is great. The dining room needs some updating but it’s clean.

Just left a few minutes ago; customer service wasn't that great! I believe the young man's name was Isaac; I can't really recall (he wasn't wearing a name tag). Anyway, it was obvious that he didn't want to wait on me. I had told him that it was my first time eating there. It wasn't a good first experience; I'll have to decide if I'll eat there again.
Great food will come again , Surcheros is much better restaurant then
