We got there about ten minutes before closing but the look the employees' faces was not too inviting. Got our food to go of course but most Surcheros I have been to are pretty good. Three Stars because of attitudes from couple of employees and we knew the food would be hit or miss because it was almost closing which should not be an excuse but we took a chance and my Loaded Nachos were better than I expected.
Went for lunch, staff was friendly and efficient. Food was great! Exactly what I asked for. Been here a few times and have not had 1 bad experience. Will be back.

Surchero's Fresh Mex is a solid option if you are looking for a fast food version of Mexican food at a decent enough price point.The staff was friendly and the location had an inviting enough vibe.I went with a bowl and was overall satisfied with my meal.

We loved all of the options to get on your burrito, bowl, or salad and they were all fresh. This is MUCH better than Chipotle. Very happy find and will be back quite a bit. Service was very good and the place was nice to eat in.

The last two times we have visited, it was very disappointing. The food itself is very decent but the service was less than satisfactory. We received very small portions given what we paid, I had to go back and ask them for more chips because the initial portions were so ridiculously small. When we came in for dinner, we noticed that they were closing down the kitchen at 8 PM, when their website said that they close at 9 PM instead. They also put our food in to-go containers when we told them we would be dining in, which we thought was weird. Overall, we’re pretty disappointed with the experience and I can’t say I would recommend this place to others, nor will we be back.
