We went for dinner tonight around 7pm and had an excellent experience. The food was hot and really good (the crispy chicken burrito is the best menu item in fast food right now). The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. And the store was very clean. We’ll be dining in more often!

Went to pick up a quick snack, it’s taco bell so obviously not expecting wonderful service. Pull up and order, the lady already has an attitude. Cashier Asks regular or supreme and we were trying to say mild sauce with it but gets interrupted, cashier respond with mild and regular and then she repeats regular or supreme sighing with even more of an Attitude. She continues to give quick snappy responses, after asking if we wanted anything else and saying the total, she then asks if we want any sauce….? Yeah the mild sauce we asked for 5 times. This was at noon Monday the 29th, with the cashier DEANNA B who was ironically wearing one of the manger shirts. There were 4 cars in the drive through so maybe they were busy but as someone who works in the Hospitality industry, being busy isn’t an excuse to have terrible customer service it’s just a reflection of your work ethic..

My girlfriend and I love to come here after getting off of work after nightshift. We always get nacho fries and it is always sooo good and the service is impeccable! Also shout out to Maya at the drive thru window!!!! She lifted our spirits after having a terrible day and she truly saved us! She has a beautiful personality and my interactions with Maya has changed the way I see life. Thank you Maya at the Fernandina Taco Bell!!

Food was less than average, even by Taco Bell standards. It was correct tho, fast and warm so 3 stars for that. Drive thru attendant was INCREDIBLY rude. Her tone, body language, facial expressions, zero manners, impatient. She needs Jesus. Prob will not return to this location.
