This place was an absolute gem!
It was my boyfriend and I’s first time here and we will most definitely be back!! I’m not a huge sandwich person but I could personally eat one of these bad boys everyday that’s just how good and fresh it was. The atmosphere and the staff were also amazing. Definitely a must go to give it a shot!

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite, and the customer service alone was enough to make me drive 3 hours again. The pulled pork? Unreal.
And don’t even get me started on the walnut chocolate chunk cookie. Absolutely worth the trip all on its own.
Richard was so down to earth and welcoming.

We had a nice lunch at the Happy Tomato. The service was just as good as the food. We tried the blt, pulled pork, and a smoked chicken sandwich. All of the sandwiches were generously portioned. The courtyard is small, but I enjoyed the quiet. The majority of the seating is outside. I would encourage you to give them a try if you're in the area.
Best BBQ, did not disappoint, Pulled Pork with pimento cheese topped with mustard bbq sauce was the best ever had, along with the best homemade style Chicken salad sandwich!! Also the staff made you feel like family !! Hidden gem, you will not be disappointed !!
Live local and have been here many times. I have a problem, I find something I like and I just can't get past it! That said the Monster is awesome. I look at the menu and think I will get something else but just can't seem to do it. The crew there is great and Richard is awesome. If you have never been or are here visiting, make this place a stop. Believe me you won't be sorry that you did.
