Busy,ordering,little confusion,on sides..small print details which ones are extra charge...Culvers Are Better and cheaper....Not a calm atmosphere,McDonalds is quieter.

The order taking is good, the food is good, but kitchen staff/fulfillment is atrocious. Today it took 40 minutes without anyone else in line ahead of me to get food. 40 minutes, and this is not a unique experience. It is often an atrocious wait.

I am a door dasher and I come into the loop frequently. Tonight at about 8 pm or so on 9/3/24 I go in to pick up a SALAD, only. I wait 30+ minutes. There is no one in the restaurant except 2 other families that has already received their food.

I go BACK up to the counter after 30+ min just to have the salad sitting on the counter the entire time. Mind you, I was the only person waiting on any food.

Food was delicious.
Came out in a timely manner.

We placed an order to be delivered . The dinner arrived cold and the best part of my wife’s pizza was the dove chocolates, I had in the pantry. I would have taken pictures but the food was so messed up it wouldn’t have mattered! My cheese burger was cheeseless and ice cold. The pizza was burnt on the bottom and tasteless on the top. I threw it out and the raccoons wouldn’t touch it. My wife is handicapped and wheelchair bound, so we sometimes need delivery for our meals. Thank you for the wonderful meal we did not enjoy!

I've said it before... Best grilled salmon served on the island. Always good. I've had pizza and burgers, but their salmon on bun or salad just makes my day.

The Loop has become my daughter’s and my favorite place to eat lunch. We get the Asian chicken wrap-delicious- with tomato bisque-the best! They give you a lot when you order the chocolate shake. It’s tasty! I highly recommend The Loop for their food, service, & atmosphere.

Like a lower standard version of Panera, but still expensive. Didn't care for the for and really long wait for just chicken fingers and flatbread. Other people were complaining about the wait. I must say the cheeseburgers are huge and actually looked good but that's about it.
