The Loop Restaurant

Been going to The Loop for years and it’s always great. I haven’t been in a while and decided to stop in for lunch with my son while in the area. The staff were all friendly, food was good, and price point was fair for the food. My son got the kids cheeseburger with fries, and I got the warm blue cheese chips and the Asian Chicken Salad.

Had two pizzas (a sausage & goat cheese with a cauliflower crust and a Mediterranean with a regular crust) and two side salads. Pizzas were good and the salad greens were crisp & fresh.

Recommend by a local, I opted for a plain old burger and fries. Tasted ok but the portions were small. Very impersonal and unwelcomed vibes from the lady at the counter and the manager who walked past me several times and avoided eye contact.

Up until 3-4 months ago this was our go to. Wow, how things have changed. Quality of food went from a 8 to a 2. Service is about the same. I would suggest management take a hold look at operations.

The food was not good and not seasoned all all. The chicken sandwich that I got was tough as leather. Will not be going back there again.

This place has gone down hill over the years, food use to be great. Now whole bottom of pizza burnt, homemade chips cooked in burnt oil for to long.

The tomato soup is still great as ever. Staff doesn’t really care about your service cashier had a additude and seemed to hate her job. Buzzer went off got out food was missing the pizzas we ordered said they would be out soon. 20 minutes later went up they forgot about them…. Really

I had the cheese burger and fries last night. Zero flavor on the burger. Not seasoned at all. Wife had a salad with grilled chicken. She said it was good. Saw people eating pizza and it looked delicious, will have to try it next time.

Excellent food at an excellent price!! We got the cheeseburger, fries, and Oreo shake as well as a bowl of chicken gumbo. The portions are huge and soooo tasty!!

Always good food and service at the Fernandina bch Loop restaurant. Basic dining room, but always clean.
