I don’t normally do reviews. But my experience was so poor. I have to share it.I ordered the special fillet tips with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. I was told they were filet mignon tips and 8 ounces in quantity. I got about 3 ounces of meat and half of it was gristle. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the waitress. She didn’t do anything so she said you want to talk to the manager. I said OK.The Manager, I believe his name was Colin had an attitude with me right from the beginning of our discussion. He did not believe what I was telling him and Refused to do anything. It’s the point of the matter he was a jerk about it.

Adorrableee outdoor seating, with live music, and delicious food! The drunken cheesy bread is a *must* do, then I got the berry salad and it was exactly what I wanted, fresh and delicious! The tuna special that night was a 10/10 for my boyfriend. Also our server, (Jackie I think) was insanely sweet & efficient, really the best server we had on vacation there, so shoutout Jackie you’re killing it. Would love to go back!

The server was outstandingly gracious and let us linger, talking, long after we'd finished our meals. But it was St Patty's day with live music and a fun party going on.Parking: Downtown 'dina is a popular place so be prepared to park and walk.

Half off apps and beer / wine during happy hour. 3 - 6pm weekdays. Service was friendly. A little slow due to large crowd. Nice outdoor dining. Live music.

Went for dinner and got the special that our server Chelsy recommended, red curry snapper. It was great and our service was awesome! She stayed on top of everything for us and kept us entertained. Will be back!

This review is for my last two visits at The Patio. I am a local and have been to the Patio several times prior to these visits. When friends ask for restaurant recommendations, I have always suggested the Patio to others, but, if I'm being honest, I typically tell them the service is hit or miss. It has never been great for me, until this last month. So... shoutout to Jackie, Heidi, and Antonio!March 10. The first was a night out with my brother. We enjoyed sitting in the front room with Jackie as our server. She opened the windows up for us, bringing the outdoors in, as we enjoyed appetizers and drinks. Jackie made sure to inform us of our options for Happy Hour (which are a lot of GREAT options, y'all), and she even made sure to check on us for another drink or snack before Happy Hour ended. Her menu knowledge, table presence, and customer service were top notch. Her personality is bright and bubbly. She makes you enjoy your time at The Patio!March 24. My second night out was a night by solo. I enjoyed sitting at the bar with Heidi and Antonio. I had previously heard great things about Heidi, so I immediately introduced myself. Heidi has a stellar bar presence and delicious cocktails. She doesn't have to tell you that she has years in this industry because it shows in everything she does. She and Antonio were so warm, welcoming, and inclusive. They made me feel completely comfortable sitting at the bar alone. On my first visit to the bar, I already felt like I had been a regular for years. Again, I was dining during Happy Hour, and Heidi took great care of me. I am looking forward to many more Sunday nights here.

From start to finish an amazing experience! Our server Morgan Avery was awesome! Very attentive, had great menu knowledge, and gave the best recommendations, especially since I wanted to eat everything on the menu. I also learned the outside is dog friendly! 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will be back again! Definitely ask for Morgan Avery!

Our family went to The Patio on a Thursday evening and everything was excellent. Live music, fantastic service (shout out to Morghan with an H) and delicious food. Happy hour specials were also appreciated! 10/10 Amelia Island spot.

What a gem in Fernandina Beach! The drunken cheesy bread was absolutely delish and our server, Morgan P. was friendly and attentive. They had a great special on their burgers for $9.95 which included french fries. It was a bit chilly that day but they had heaters out on the patio and we were very comfortable.
