The Principal's Office Bar

Was looking for a quiet place for a drink in Fernandina. Not as easy thing to find since the island establishments are always so busy. Parked out back and walked in to the Principal’s Office with no wait. There were only 4 other people there. Drinks were a bit pricey but the selections were very classy and well made. Both TV at the bar playing black and white shows from the old days. One closest to me had the Andy Griffith show.

Edit 2: another inflated and wrong story with MANY inaccuracies.

Also, don’t write a bad review or the workers and GM of this bar will friend you on instagram & LinkedIn. Very odd behavior.
Also spoke to the GM on the phone and she wasn’t interested in a civil conversation, and just hung up.

We probably spent $600 there, way too expensive to go back anyway. 🤷🏼‍♂️I’ll have to let our party of 8 that visited know to visit google reviews!

The Principal’s Office is one of my favorite spots on Amelia Island. The atmosphere is chill and friendly. The staff is always welcoming and ready to serve up some awesome craft cocktails. 10000/10 recommend this place! The craft cocktails are superior! The vibe is very chill, and I love the throwback movies they play on the TVs! Also, I definitely recommend staying at the hotel as well!

I’ve been to the principal’s office and had fantastic service. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly with smiles and great service! Courtney the manager is always helpful and ready to take care of ANY of your needs. Top notch craft cocktails and tasty bites to keep the cravings at bey! You won’t regret stopping in or staying awhile!
(They always have great live music too😉)!

Great experiences and good conversations happen here at this eclectic converted old schoolhouse thst serves as an Inn and has this cool bar downstairs attached called The Principal's office. Nice cold beer and friendly, clean , relaxing atmosphere.
