First time there. I ordered the filet special to go and was beyond delighted with the quality, freshness of the vegetables and flavoring on every item in the dinner. It was DELICIOUS! Far better than a few other places, in the same range of food type, locally. I could not recommend it more.

Nobody liked the food in our group. My daughter and I got the 'shrimp boil,' and it was dreadful. But when you are staying here, you don't have many options. The server was slightly rude, as well.
Burger ordered with no onion & avocado but it came with onion & no avocado. Then over charged for the burger special.
Trivia Night is fun and well organized. We were lucky enough to have Keoni as our server both weeks. He is attentive to customer needs, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu options and an all around asset to the Tidewater Grill.
We had the restaurant week special. Great food and great service. Highly recommend.
I typically experience Ritz Carlton properties to be reluctant to honor Bonvoy elite status but this couldn't be further from the truth here as I was thrilled to see that I had been upgraded to a huge oceanview suite the day of check in. It was absolutely glorious and I loved the space, amenities and service. I was also pleased to be granted a late check out. Lobby bar could do with someone ushering people in or a sign saying please set yourself. Service and sushi was very good. Salt restaurant was also very good. The welcome was very warm, the gentleman playing music was lovely and my server gracious as well as the food being delicious. I was unable to book a spa treatment even a couple of days out on a week day so you may wish to book well in advance if you want one. The front desk were quick and responsive on the Marriott app chat and eager to please. Room service breakfast was on time and very good. It can be difficult getting an uber/lyft to accept a ride from the property so don't leave ordering until the last minute, build in time to get a ride because there aren't many drivers on the island.

This was the second year in a row that our organization held a conference at the Amelia Island Ritz. Truly from the moment you drive up to the champagne waiting for you in the lobby, this hotel is truly first class. I was not incredibly happy with my room location this year (as I had an AMAZING view last year) and the girls at the front desk did their magic and were able to move me right away. I went in a couple of days early to enjoy the pool, beach and of course the spa. When I went this past fall, I was able to get both a facial and massage in the spa and both were incredible. I then spent some time at the spa pool and had a really nice lunch there as well. The lobby bar has an exceptional sushi bar and is a great place for people watching! And last but certainly not least....Last year, we had met Sean at the Beach Bar, and he was AMAZING....great drinks, great conversations and an all around superior bartender. In fact, all of the bar staff both at the beach and at the pool bar were always kind and efficient. Never a dull moment! After reminding Sean of our visit the previous year, it was like we were all old friends. He truly has a gift for his trade and should be commended on both his interactions with his colleagues and the guests. Thanks for another great stay at The Ritz!
This property is first class. My room had a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrise. There are several restaurants on this property as well. Tandy's Sushi in the lobby restaurant was incredible. I highly recommend his tuna!Kathy and Anthony in the Club Lounge were especially great. The best things about this property are the beach, view and service!
Got a last minute reservation at 5PM on New Year's Eve. Tidewater is a sports grill that serves food. I had the veggie burger, which to my surprise, was excellent. Our food was delayed by a large party's order in another part of the hotel , so our meal was comped. Very nice! The chef even came out to apologize for our lengthy wait. We'll definitely go back. The staff could not have been nicer!
Food was very good. Drinks super $$$$. Had two double casamigos and seltzer ran 80 dollars. I repeat 80 dollars. I can purchase a bottle for 50. Sad. Food was good though. In Wisconsin a double would cost us like 8 dollars lol.
This place is one of the best Ritz Carlton properties on the East Coast. It’s beautiful, clean and excellent service without the stuffiness. Deandra - front desk is wonderful! She is certainly a personality of someone the Ritz would want at the front desk. Gracious, funny and kind The ladies at the Club lounge: Jenny, Tracey and Kathy - you all are so welcoming. Thank you for everything Michele - the concierge extraordinaire! We appreciate your thoughtfulness so much - thank you. Shae in the lobby bar you are terrific. Ms McCoy at the spa - fantastic masseuse If anyone is thinking of staying at this property - don’t hesitate
