This is my go-to spot when I visit my family on Amelia. Food is excellent. The vibe is great and the outdoor seating area is lovely. It gets crowded but if you catch it a day when there’s not many folks there, it’s really awesome.

Charging for parking kills the island vibes, Timoti's pushed for it starting 3/26. Hard to drop by for a bite & stroll if I'm wondering when I'm out of time and will get ticketed. I'll be eating elsewhere and recommending others to do the same.

Found Timotis on the internet, reviews sounded good liked the pictures. We were sadly disappointed. Lobster roll was the absolutely worst I have had, I am not sure it was even lobster. Wife had grilled/blackened shrimp, just ok. I have to say the beer was COLD, which is good.
Nothing fancy. Orders are taken inside and picked up at the outside window. There are picnic tables for seating and a playground for the children. The food is good. Lots of seafood, bowls and handheld. I especially liked the hush puppies. Best I've had in a long ti time.

Timoti’s is our all time FAVORITE spot! My husband & I eat there several times a week! My current go-to is the Caesar salad with Fried chicken & my husband loves the blackened fish tacos! Everything is fresh & made with love! We have NEVER had a bad meal or a bad experience. The staff is 10/10. Lilly brightens my day every time I see her behind the counter - she is an absolute Joy & Kris the Manager is great! I will always love & support this local business.
