Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

UPDATE FROM 3 to 1 star: As of 5/10/25 the service at this store has gotten progressively worse… wowza. They need to completely overhaul this team working. I’m not sure why they are so rude here? 15 min late on my order that already had a 10 min wait.. so we are here for 25 min…. And they are yelling back and forth about it. Trash on the floor… Just plain WILD. And why so little fries? And they literally gave me a container of sauce that is not even half way full… THIS PLACE SUCKS :(

Update 8/2025 - workers are still bad.. and sauce portions are poor. Charged $3 in sauce and this is the amount in the 1 oz cup!

I ordered a traditional wings and things meal, that is supposed to come with 2 dipping sauces, which it was missing. The traditional wings were small, dry and cold as if they had been sitting out all day. I think for almost $17 after tax that they should provide higher quality food. As far as the service, the missing dipping sauce, plasticware and napkins speak for themselves.

Told 15 minutes for chicken tenders and 15 minutes for wings and after waiting 15 minutes they then asked me to pull to the side as customers continuously left with there food over and over again atleast 30 ppl ran through the drive through and left before I got my food you can’t tell me 30 ppl came to a place that only served chicken and none of them got chicken place is poorly ran and I grew up as a 4th generation of the island coming here something has changed since the remodel and it isn’t for good hopefully this will not be taken lightly as I feel business has and will decline

Waited over 30 minutes for food they said 10 minutes on. Kids running the place are very disrespectful. They won’t let you make a complaint and instead you have to go to a website. Very rude staff. Save your money and go somewhere local.

You need to regulate your restrooms better toilet paper not in the dispenser for 2/3rd the restrooms.

We Don't have a Zaxby's in Michigan so we stopped in for a Few Chicken Tenders.Food Was Hot.Id Recommend.

tired of being told to pull up and wait in drive-thru for a seet tea and pre-made salad with no chicken when there's no one even behind me!!

The chicken is overcooked and much smaller tenders than ever staff is careless and doesn't make the orders correctly

The best chicken fingers anywhere! The meals are filling (more carbs than necessary with fries and Texas toast) but delicious. Even the cole slaw is good.

The price has gone up to over a dollar a chicken strip I think it’s like $1.50 a chicken strip actually plus they’re not that good anymore Zack sauce is still good though
