I recently ordered from Chick-fil-A on Nine Mile Road using the Chick-fil-A App and let me tell you, I embarked on a delicious adventure with their new Honey Pepper Pimento Cheese Sandwich! This sandwich was a flavor explosion with a delightful balance of sweetness and spice. However, here's the twist: the pimento cheese, while delicious, made the top bun a tad soggy. Amazing service! I placed a delivery order through their app and the entire order was perfect except one thing. They accidentally delivered me the wrong sandwich, I had ordered a regular sandwich no pickles due to an allergy but unfortunately received one with pickles and cheese. Assuming they just put the wrong sandwich in my order I gave a quick call and explained and the manager was super sweet.
