I take back my earlier review, the parking issues have been resolved. My first review was during the Margaritaville construction, and not only is it done, but parking is abundant.
The food is scratch made, just excellent . we’ve tried multiple breakfast sandwiches, all fresh and yummy. My fav would be a simple breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs and bacon.

This location was hosting a mix and mingle event. Because of the atmosphere, location and food, I will definitely return as a regular customer. It was a quaint little restaurant that deserved my 5 in all of the categories. BTW, I can be critical when it come to customer service.

I go here often. The food is always good, the coffee or tea is always good, and the staff is always friendly. They make excellent home-made pop tarts. I admit I typically get the avocado toast, which is delicious and pictured here. The atmosphere is laid back and comfy. There is often a musician on Sunday's. This is definitely a gem in flagler beach.

I’ve lived in Flagler my whole life and seen many places come and go in this location so when my boys and I stumbled into it looking for some breakfast after strolling through the farmers market this morning we were so surprised. The atmosphere is open and welcoming they had old country music playing which I loved, they were patient and helpful while we tried to decide what to order and the food was SOOO good. My 7 year old was so impressed. we all ate every bite despite being full. I usually like to gatekeep my favorite little places in my little beach town but this one deserves to be shared
