1. One of the bartenders kept skipping over customers music that the customers paid for on the touch tunes and playing what she wanted to hear. Not acceptable,especially if you're a paying customer. 2. When the customer complained to the bartender, the door man had made a rude comment to the customer. 3. Prices almost triple in some case when ordering doubles. 4. I've been going to this establishment off and on for many years and never had such a rude and unproffessional experience. The owners apparently cleaned up the place, now they need to clean up the staff. Maybe that's why there wasn't many people there.

Went in during the week, early evening and sat at the bar with two other customers. Got a cold beer pretty quick and put a card in their system to run a tab. Tried making small talk with the bartender but was obvious she wanted no part. Fine. So I drank my beer in silence. Downed my beer pretty quick and placed my bottle close to the edge which normally indicates it’s empty. Bartender was chatting her staff friends in the kitchen and even walked past me once not even noticing an empty beer. I finally had to ask and she brought another. The other customer had to do the same thing. We were both fed up and left a short time later. Place was clean and looked nice. I’m sure it’s a blast when bands are playing. Bartenders may want to work on making sure customers drinks are full in a timely manner
