Their customer service sucks!!!!!! No thank you at all. I basically had to reach behind the cash register to grab my donuts because the cashier walked away and forgot to give them to me. Everyone, please find another place to get your donuts from that’s more politelful. I ask to speak with the manager and he was just as rude. No customer service skills at all!!
Donut size significantly smaller.
I’ve arrived around 3 multiple times with absolutely no selection. Fine. I show up at 1:30 and still barely any selection. I understand they are popular but what is the point of staying open until 5? Today I’m even more upset as the bourbon caramel donuts I purchased are significantly smaller than usual. Blueberry hill next to them for reference. Every single one of the bourbon caramels (I bought 4) were smaller. These donuts are not cheap. I expect the size to say the same, consistent. I’m very disappointed. If this is the new size they are fazing into, I’m just going to have to try Daily Donuts in orange park.
Excellent doughnuts! Great and unique options. I also enjoyed my iced mocha as well. Clean and very nice place to sit down and enjoy as well! I will absolutely come back.

Don’t waste your time they have not selection even yours before close. Back to back times there is a person getting the last dozen available in front of you leaving you with literally maybe 2-3 donuts not types but donuts in general to choose from. Mind you this is hours before close.

I rushed to get there before 6:30PM and got there at 6:25PM and they had locked the doors. The man behind the register just looked at me and gave the the cut throat gesture. That was just rude. I don’t care how good your product is, if you have horrible customer service you’ve lost my business and I will spread the word.
Wow!!! Super duper tasty layered donuts!!!! Not way too sweet. Not dry like other donut places. Pricey but it is so worth it!!!! Great staff. They should have one in the uptown Galleria area!!! Highly recommended!!!
My toddler is allergic to eggs, dairy, and peanuts, so safe treats are few and far between when dining out. This is one of the few places locally where they truly go out of their way to make sure his food is prepared with care. Service is excellent, and the patio is fully enclosed and child friendly.

If you go there with the typical doughnuts in mind ,go elsewhere.their products are made of a nice flavory dough filled with tasty creams or jelly, but the shape is more like a bigniet
Are they good?, definitely a yes , are they pricy? That's a yes too. Place to go if you fancy for something special. Not your everyday doughnut place.

We've been a few times now and it's always been great. We came 30 mins before close once, not realizing it, but they didn't treat us any different, and still offered to glaze to order if they didn't have what we wanted. Tried coffee & energy drink today and they were great as well. Everything came out fast! The employees are really nice!
Delicious doughnuts and beverages with a chill atmosphere.

No complaints! Doughnuts were amazing and definitely something different you should try. I got the honey glazed donut because I’m so stuck on Krispy cream and Dunkin’ glazed donought.
Parlor did not disappoint and in my opinion it was better than Dunkin’ and Krispy Kreme.
I was also astonished to see if they had vegan and keto friendly options.
My only complaint is that the donuts weren’t hot fresh out it the oven but that’s all right. They cooked them fresh every single day. I just came out a bad time.
I didn’t take any photos, but any that you see online should be pretty accurate

The location I visited had a large 1776 flag on display. I thought it might be no big deal so I still purchased doughnuts but afterwards I researched and see the founder is alt right. The 76 flag was seen at the January 6th insurrection. I reached out the company to get clarification as to whether or not they are displaying those flags in support of the insurrection and they did not respond. Posting here in hopes to receive a response/explanation.
best cronut i’ve ever had!
