I recently moved to the area and always wanted to check this place out! I have been here twice now within the past week for their breakfast donuts and savory. I love their coffee personally as well ! The staff is really sweet and quick service! I have enjoyed all the food I have tried. I’m surprised and highly recommend for people to check out! 🥰🥰

From indulgent options like French toast to bold combinations such as bacon chicken ranch, there’s something for every craving. They also have a nice variety of refreshing drinks to complement the menu.
While everything we tried was enjoyable, it’s worth noting that prices are on the higher end.

Very clean looking interior. Service is friendly. The doughnuts are the best imo. It's not your typical donut. The breading is fluffy with a crispy exterior. They have a great selection of toppings including campfire (s'mores), sandy beach (cinnamon roll), maple bacon, churro, peanut butter, strawberry shortcake and many more. If you have never tried their doughnuts, you are missing out!

I stood at the counter for well over 5 minutes not an employee to be seen. I said hello is anyone here, No response was given. Then I shouted a little louder ok that’s fine I guess yall don’t want my business as I was leaving someone came to the counter. The gentleman stated “what’s up” I then stated “oh so now that I said you don’t want my business you show up”. The gentleman then said “I didn’t hear you”. I said “what’s great customer service”. “No it’s fine I don’t need to do business with you”. He then said “ok”. With such a cavalier attitude, Of unfriendly customers service. I personally would never do business with this location again. No apology was given nor any attempt to earn my business back.

Purchased donuts from here several times but based on today’s service, never again. Just walked in to order 6 donuts on December 18th around 1:40PM and asked if there is a right sized box to hold 6. Young lady with short hair and piercings on her face rolled her eyes, curled her lips in annoyance and said, “Yes”. I walked out based on the rude service.

I had a really disappointing experience at Parlor Doughnuts in Fleming Island. I was there with my children and it was obvious we were dining in, yet we weren’t even offered plates or basic service. The way we were treated felt dismissive and completely unlike how other customers were being helped. I won’t be returning.
