About Ruby Tuesday

Ruby Tuesday is usually a favorite spot, but the last visit was a bit disappointing. The waitress was not very attentive, and it was uncomfortably hot inside. However, the manager stepped in to make things right. The ribs and steak were delicious, and the staff, including Riley, provided excellent service, making it an amazing experience for a special occasion like Mother's Day. Recently, customers have enjoyed trying their wings, especially the Hickory Bourbon bone-in wings, which are outstanding. Staff members like Jordan have been very helpful with the specials and ensuring drinks are full and all needs are met. Employees such as Jasmine and Chloe have shown great personalities and work ethic, contributing to positive experiences. There is also a very cool manager named Leslie who has received praise. While the food is generally good, some found the country-style ribs a bit tough and the mashed potatoes somewhat bland, though they hope the ribs on the triple play meal to go will be more tender. Overall, Ruby Tuesday remains a popular place with friendly staff and tasty meals.
