I am a frequent Tropical Smoothie patron (other locations) I ordered for pickup and received a child size wrap with half the fillings. For $16, you expect what you ordered for lunch. Will not be back.

I absolutely love coming to Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The customer service here is outstanding every single time. Dont come to the location in Fleming island. Just ordered food and waited 15 minutes and they just forgot that I even ordered. It was the male with brown hair that took my order at the Fleming location for only ONE chipotle chicken club. Had to be done on purpose because I sat up front facing the cash register and made eye contact with him multiple times. One time I got a chipotle chicken club and a peanut paradise. They gave me the chipotle chicken club and forgot my smoothie I waited liked 30 minutes then had to finally say something. Ridiculous

Don’t get a smoothie bowl unless you don’t mind it being pre made and frozen. Smoothie king has the best bowls.. freshly made to order. Only come here when I have free items.

Extremely pleasant employees, different than other Tropical Cafe locations across Jax. They went out of their way to ensure everyone is taken care of and had people walk in every minute or two. Keep up the great work, very nice to see and start your day witnessing this incredible energy.

I place my order through the app. Got to the location fifteen minutes later, and my food and smoothie were still not ready and the restaurant was completely empty. I live in this area and used to visit this tropical smoothie, at least 3-4 times a week. The prices continue to go up and the quality continues to go down. I think this time i'm finally done with tropical smoothie! Instead of in your restaurant, having a sign that says tips are appreciated. You should change it to tips, are earned?
