Your Pie Pizza

I decided to try Your Pie for the first time the other night and was extremely disappointed. The first thing I’d like to say is that the service was actually pretty decent but then it went downhill from there. I ordered to go and I got a personal size pizza, cheese sticks, and some wings. When I got home, I opened the cheese sticks and immediately found a long black hair laying on top of the pizza. I mean such an obvious here that I’m not even sure how they didn’t see it before closing the box. The next thing is when I opened my pizza box. The pizza was a mess. There was cheese everywhere and I could barely make out any crust. I went ahead and tried some of the pizza but it has. I grabbed one of the slices out, which I had to cut because you couldn’t see where the slices were because of the cheesy mess, I noticed a piece of burnt something. I picked it up and upon further inspection, I found it was a piece of burnt string. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Food is always amazing! This restaurant is staffed with the best in Fleming island! Everybody always goes above and beyond!

Have eaten here many times and have always had a great experience. Last night we arrived at 7:50 and they promptly took our order. At 8 they turned off the neon open sign even though closing on wednesday is 8:30. We got our pizza at 8:20, it was soggy on the bottom and a little under done. At 8:25 an employee told us they were closing in 5 minutes. At 8:30 another employee came to our table and told us no one was allowed in the restaurant after closing. I left with my drink in one hand and my last slice in the other. The employees were obviously in a hurry to leave. We've always been impressed by how personable the staff is, last night was unlike anything I've experienced at the Your Pie or at any other restaurant. Is it your policy to ask patrons to leave that have not finished eat?

Great place for lunch. Convenient getting and out. Good quality ingredients. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Wifi access and a TV usually on a sports station. They have a space to put several tables together for a group event. Some staff are focused on working well.

I really love this place. The ingredients are better than most places and you can get a totally custom pizza in various sizes. Great for couples who aren't pizza compatible.

The dough is delicious, the staff were nice. The pepperoni is on the spicy side so if you aren't into that you should skip it. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious.

So grateful for the kind employees—nowadays, that’s such an uncommon trait to see. The girls working tonight on St. Patrick’s Day went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were well taken care of. The food was delicious, accurate, and I really appreciate the Kids Eat Free deal on Mondays! My daughter loved the strawberry sorbet, and they even gifted her a bead necklace from what they were wearing. Such a sweet gesture—it truly made her night. Thanks, girls!

Great Pizza made with fresh ingredients right in front of you any way you want it. They also have soft drinks and beer.

3/10/25 Boy scout promo, I have never really been crazy over pizza. I can honestly say this pizza was so very good, wonderful flavor, perfect crust. Nat's Chicken Pesto. Superb!. The staff was polite and on their game, dinning area was clean. (3star only because seating wasn't the most comfortable)

The service was just great when we stopped. There were 2 employees in the front. Justin and Jefry were so helpful and friendly. They would be the reason for us to come back.

I ordered a barbecue ranch chicken and wasn’t told until I waited 10 additional minutes after pick up time that they were out of 3 of the 4 toppings I wanted and one of the toppings was chicken. I left the restaurant disappointed and with out any lunch.

Customer service here is great. However the past few times my family has ate here we have been ill after each time. Also we ordered some sort of fettuccini pasta here and there were large chunks of raw garlic just thrown in there.

Went to Your Pie today in Fleminf Island. Many of the toppings were not available....mozzarella cheese, spinach, sausage, mushrooms, just to name a few. How can they operate like that? Dont they know they should go to Publix and get those ingregients when they run out? Its not that hard to resupply when there are shortages or full outages. Some customers left and other were disgruntled. Tough on staff to have to put up with complaints which should have been solved by the Manager or franchise owner. You lost repeat customers today due to poor management.
