Your Pie Pizza

We love this place! I am not vegan, but I am allergic to dairy and eggs! I love the safe options that still create a yummy pizza experience! And the price is unbeatable! Our family of 3 can each get our own pizza exactly the way we like it while still paying less than we would typically spend at a pizza place. My personal favorite is the regular dough with marinara and vegan cheese, sausage, spinach, pepperoni, green peppers, onions and oregano. I typically ask that they top it off with extra cheese.

Worst experience possible... I chose curbside due to being unable to go inside as I was not dressed appropriately and also did not have shoes on and was just running up to grab a bite to eat since they claimed to offer curbside service. I arrived and attempted to call to let them know I was there (despite it being obvious based on my unique looking car that was indicated with the order and no other customers in the parking lot) and I then continued to sit there for more than 30 minutes, calling back to back- literally I called over 40 times (stalker status) and used two different phones to do so and not one time did I get an answer. I left a message, messaged them on social media and chose every option available when attempting to call. After being there for more than 30 minutes, I chose to drive and park at the front door and then even had to wait another at least 10 minutes, probably more before someone came out with my pizza... which mind you was just one personal sized pizza. They didn't ask who I was and this clearly indicated they were well aware who I was and that I I was waiting for my order the entire time. Of course by now the pizza was cold, the cheese was not even melted and all gross and the food was def. not worth the wait! I should not have paid for this and had I not prepaid I never would have even waited that long. I will NEVER return and do hope others see my review and choose a more customer based business to spend their money with as obviously this one could care less about customer service or satisfaction! I would like to also add they were not busy- as I stated no cars were in the parking lot and I only saw maybe one person go inside my entire time of sitting there... It was not during a busy time of day either and just a really unnecessary disappointing experience. If they don't want to do curbside, why offer it and if they don't want to have to answer their phones then why have a phone number online? They disrespected my time and my trust in spending my money at their business to receive a service and I honestly should be refunded- but it isn't worth the hassle... lesson certainly learned though! I will choose where I get MY pies moving forward and that being somewhere other than that place for sure.

Worst experience i went yesterday on July 14 2025 I walked in the first pizza was raw then they overcooked it i been going there a few times the pizza was always excellent now they lost my respect i will never set foot in that place again

We usually have a great experience here but my wife and I came on Monday night and Bri had the worst attitude and customer service. And the other girl was sitting on the counter on her phone. We walked out and went somewhere else. They lost our business and I’m sure if she is like this with other customers they will lose a lot more.

I have eaten here a few times. I love that they are accommodating for gluten free allergies. This was my pizza from today. It was delicious and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

These people are horrible. Taking my order and charge my credit card. After 40 minutes later they cancel my order but my credit card is already charged 😡

I decided to try Your Pie for the first time the other night and was extremely disappointed. The first thing I’d like to say is that the service was actually pretty decent but then it went downhill from there. I ordered to go and I got a personal size pizza, cheese sticks, and some wings. When I got home, I opened the cheese sticks and immediately found a long black hair laying on top of the pizza. I mean such an obvious here that I’m not even sure how they didn’t see it before closing the box. The next thing is when I opened my pizza box. The pizza was a mess. There was cheese everywhere and I could barely make out any crust. I went ahead and tried some of the pizza but it has. I grabbed one of the slices out, which I had to cut because you couldn’t see where the slices were because of the cheesy mess, I noticed a piece of burnt something. I picked it up and upon further inspection, I found it was a piece of burnt string. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Food is always amazing! This restaurant is staffed with the best in Fleming island! Everybody always goes above and beyond!

Have eaten here many times and have always had a great experience. Last night we arrived at 7:50 and they promptly took our order. At 8 they turned off the neon open sign even though closing on wednesday is 8:30. We got our pizza at 8:20, it was soggy on the bottom and a little under done. At 8:25 an employee told us they were closing in 5 minutes. At 8:30 another employee came to our table and told us no one was allowed in the restaurant after closing. I left with my drink in one hand and my last slice in the other. The employees were obviously in a hurry to leave. We've always been impressed by how personable the staff is, last night was unlike anything I've experienced at the Your Pie or at any other restaurant. Is it your policy to ask patrons to leave that have not finished eat?
