Thank you to the lady at the drive thru window, working on tonight: 02/28/24, at approx 8PM; with the dark hair, who prepared my families food tonight. We started driving a little further up the road to avoid the nearest location by our home (987 N Homestead Bivd, Homestead, FL 33030 =horrible experience multiple times),So we started going to the one on exit 1. And it’s much better!!! TYSM, we really appreciate you for good and quick customer service. :}
They messed up my order and when I asked about it at the window they acted like it was somehow my fault. In the end they over charged me, but I just wanted out of there. KFC is usually greasy, but this was somehow especially bad and did not seem fresh.

They are getting better at drive thru. And the Taco Bell/KFC combo fits our family well. The kids like TB but usually sub the meat for black beans. The wife and I usually get KFC strip meals or the pot pie. I haven't been inside since they remodeled but the wife says it's a lot better design.Vegetarian options: You can ask for black beans on any TB item. KFC... No :-)
