This is the best indoor/outdoor BAR!!!! I have never been to and downtown fort lauderdale..... If you want the best drink for the best price please miss Christy the Redheaded bartender know how to fix it the best excited drinks in South florida.

I thought the bar was cool at first when they were giving what happened to be waterlogged free shots and $15 water logged “drinks” all night deals but my phone got stuck behind a bench and the owner told me “you’re just going to have to file a ‘missing phone report’”, even when 8 of my friends could see my phone. We spent 2 hours by ourselves trying to get my phone with the help of one employee. The owner was honestly the most unprofessional young lady I’ve encountered and I wish it wasn’t the case but she should not be responsible for a bar in Fort Lauderdale. Her immaturity showed how little she cares about patrons. How she handled it reminded me of a middle school lost and found. I tried to my best to have a good night with a lost phone and she ruined everything. Absolutely despicable.

The only reason why I came to this place is because of my friend ,WHO IS THE manager of this place ,how you charge 20 dollars to come in but your sign outside say 15, how you charge 9 dollars a stella BOTTLE and your draft beer is the same ...SMH..

They held and a new artist showcase and we drove more than 50 miles to participate, only to be the last ones slotted to perform when the owners told us we weren’t we spent the most money consuming alcohol and my artist didn’t get to go on stage! Both owners were rude and insensitive and didn’t care how far we drove!! Fortunately for my artist I’m smarter than the average bear! #shatosucks

A round of applause goes to the 5 10 medium build handsome brown skinned bouncer with the short locs (or twists) for his performance in “Starting drama for no reason.” Maybe next time you could perform, “Providing customer service. Your motivation can be so customers can purchase drinks and food to assure your pay.” I’ll never find out though. ✌? (2 stars since I know not all the bouncers would have been the same and ppl have bad days),

I’m not sure why or how but they let out entire group of 25 people drink unlimited drinks for 100% free all night. Can’t complain. Although there was barely anyone there so the party vibe was missing
I came to this club on a Sunday night and received the worst customer service ever from the guy bartending. I asked for a double shot of Hennessy on the rocks & before I could complete ordering the bartender walked off without allowing me to finish. He then brought back a shot and I tried to explain to the bartender that he completely gave me something besides what I ordered & that I was also not finished ordering. He then said to me goodbye and waked off without completing the order. This bartender needs to be fired for his rude sense of customer service. I was under the impression that the customer is always correct and I paid good money to have even entered the club. Please don’t ever attend this bar .

Bartender/manager STEVE has the WORST customer service EVER ...drink didn’t taste the way it should be and I requested to exchange for something different and he refused. He also denied me water and got very angry, he also made racial slurs .. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..He also told me he would kick me out for not liking my drink when I asked was it diluted liquor..
