Best place to live. Staff is outstanding and facilities are one of a kind.

I have lived here for approx. 3 years since Dec 2020. Definitely disagree with the people giving negative reviews, less than 3. This place, this home, is awesome! Great location to everything, especially World Class restaurants. New River walks are only steps away. Fantastic place to live! I am a RE Agent/Owner... Hmmm. Seems like all the real estate agents and Brokers think this is a great building. Stop in and meet the lady behind the front desk. It is a beautiful building. The employees including the maintenance Personnel that I've met have all been professional and high standard. I cannot say the same for the undignified no self-respect individual that works behind the front desk. She alone will bring the rating of this building down. Apparently management is aware of the situation and can do nothing about it. Really sad. And no parking in the loading dock should mean no parking for all in the loading dock.
