Communication is not great! I made my subscription for a few weeks because I needed. Now, I’m trying contact them for three weeks to cancel my subscription and is impossible. Non through the website, email or phone. This is my last way to try to catch their attention.
Place is great! I’ve tried a couple others in the past and wasn’t too happy. APEX is very personable, let’s you know when your meals are delivered, ask how your meals were that week, and did I mention the food is awesome! Highly recommend, thank you guys
