The food at this Arby's was fine. It took a while for somebody to realize we were waiting to be served, and once that happened, they were very prompt and courteous, and I have no complaints along those lines.
The store was clean, but there was a certain odor about it, and it was rather disconcerting. I'm not sure what it was, but maybe old oil. And that kind of put us off our food a little.

How are they still in business? I went there to grab a beef n cheddar and some curly fries. The place was DEAD and not only did I have to wait for the order (which I don't mind if it's fresh) but when the food came out EVERYTHING was cold. The fries were sitting under what I assume was a broken heat lamp from the time I got there until my order came out.

Worst place I have ever been. There was a lazy employee in the drive thru, rushing us to order and forgot one of our items. We went back in the ask, but he doesn't even remember us from 20 minutes ago. We were only 1 car at that time for 15-20 minutes. Not sure why he asked us to pull over to the parking lot. Food did not sit well in our stomachs. We won't be going back there again and not recommending this place to anyone.

I just left the drive-through at 5:33. I ordered my food paid for it. They told me to move up and park in a spot next to the place so they can bring out the food. They forgot half the food I went in and the gentleman behind the counter, was scratching his genitals and packing food. Drive-through attendant made my beverage because the beverage machine was broken in the dining room. While he was making it him and his friend behind the counter, we’re laughing like he did something to it, Trying to leave the parking lot they had such a backup of all the people waiting for Their food it took me another 20 minutes just to leave the parking lot because of cars were packed onto each other waiting for their meals. Finally, I left and throw the food away, never going back there again!

Arby’s has always been an alternative fast-food brand, and it’s great to see the City of Fort Lauderdale hosting an Arby’s location, just as they do with other smaller chains. This location feels almost like a destination, similar to other fun chains in Broward County.
Vegetarian options: Tasty all vegetable alternatives.
Parking: Free standing structure with plenty of surrounding parking.
the very nice man working tonight Friday 12/13 is a SWEETHEART and deserves a raise!

Ive been going here since I was in highschool and ive never had any complaints. Unfortunately whoever just prepared our food did not care whatsoever. It's like they slapped it together and drenched it in sauce. Does Arby's train who they hire on how to prepare the food?
