I had an emergency to use the bathroom so I asked the lady can I please use the bathroom and she told me I couldn’t use it unless I buy something so I asked for a manger and she said she is the manager so I asked again and she just layed on the counter and ignored me . What kind of customer service is this ?

Out or the day trying to beat the Storm approaching I ordered 2 burgers meals, the burgers they were over cooked, dry not hot. The fries were undercooked. I asked to remove tomatoes and pickles, and they put tomatoes and pickles on the burgers
Terrible service as they missed items from my order. They gave me a soda instead of the large Chocolate Shake I paid for! The Cherry Turnover was crushed and they did not include any sauce packets I specified. They took so long to fill the order and they didnt even make the Crispy Chicken Sandwich fresh!

This Arby's in Coral Springs is by far so much better than the one in Sunrise (which I would give a -1 to). Very friendly server, just over all so much better. Major kudos to the Manger because this reflects how good he is in his job.

Only 2 employees that don't speak English. Took forever to place order and still got it wrong. Wanted a Buffalo chicken slider, but got a chicken wrap and it was terrible. Threw it out. Advertised inside and out new strawberry shake. Tried to order one and told they don't have it. Then take down the posters. My husband ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and there was 1 piece of turkey.

Parking: At least 40 spots all around the building and there is a wendys next to it with additional free parking.
