Food can be hit or miss sometimes but Shonder at the drive-thru window always makes my experience a positive one with his friendly face and remembering my sauce preferences without me needing to ask. He makes me look forward to picking up my lunch there every time.

I give them four stars because the food is always great but the fountain drinks are always off. They need to get the fountain checked and I've been coming here for years and there's no fizz in any soda and very flat all the time.

Don't pay in advance at this location, especially within the last 3 hours before they close (any time after 9pm). We ordered 2 Jamocha shakes on the app, arrived 3 hours before they closed, and waited in the line for 37 minutes. THIRTY SEVEN MINUTES for 2 milkshakes?! ? Wild. There were 2 cars in front of us and 1 behind (I assume they also ordered on the app and didn't want to waste money). We tried to get a refund through the app, but the order disappeared. Don't waste your time, I know we won't lol

This location has great service. I placed an in line order. It was ready upon my arrival. The items were checked with a staff member and corrected. The food was hot and the pick up was easy. The parking is a little dark so park near the entry door if going inside.
The service at the drive-through was very fast and friendly. However, the lady on the intercom had an accent so thick I could not understand what she was saying. It wasn't until I got to the window before I knew if my order was correct or not. Please!!!! Hire people who speak English as their 1st
