I waited in a line for 10 minutes, when I got to the front I asked when pretzel bites will be ready, I was addressed promptly with “no pretzel bites here, just pretzels”. I said thank you and left. Weird to have it on the menu and in store sign and not sell them.

Warning, every other food place is bad, this is the only game in town

All of the employees working were incredibly rude and disrespectful for no reason whatsoever. My friend had a small order and was incredibly polite and was snapped at, mocked, and sassed. Incredibly disappointing- will not be buying from this business ever again.

If I could leave a negative star review for service, I would. Just plain rude when I asked them to correct a wrong order. My order is still wrong as I am eating my pretzel.

We usually grab an Auntie Anne's pretzel @ the airport & they are ok. The pretzels we got @ Ft. Lauderdale Terminal 1 were THE BEST we've ever had! Slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, buttery & just the right amount of salt! We are with another franchise in the GoTo Foods company. Keep up the good work & smile!

Prepare yourself for the gastronomic journey of a lifetime! Nestled within the bustling chaos of the airport lies a beacon of savory ecstasy known as Auntie Ann's. From the moment you catch the irresistible scent wafting through the terminal, you know you're about to embark on a taste bud-tantalizing adventure like no other.

Picture this: golden-brown pretzels, freshly baked to perfection, their twisted contours promising a symphony of flavors with every bite. But wait, it gets crazier! Imagine cascading rivers of molten cheese, so velvety and rich that they could make even the most stoic traveler weep tears of joy.

But Auntie Ann's doesn't stop there. Oh no, they crank up the insanity meter to eleven with their tantalizing array of dips. From zesty marinara to decadent caramel, each dip is a flavor explosion waiting to happen, turning every pretzel bite into a moment of pure bliss.

And let's not forget about the drinks! Giant cups brimming with ice-cold lemonade or perhaps a frothy, chocolatey delight – the perfect accompaniment to your pretzel-induced euphoria.

In conclusion, Auntie Ann's in the airport isn't just a snack stop; it's a pilgrimage for your taste buds, an over-the-top extravaganza of flavor that will leave you questioning why you ever settled for bland airport food in the first place. So next time you find yourself in the terminal, do yourself a favor and dive headfirst into the delicious madness that is Auntie Ann's. Your taste buds will thank you, and your journey will never be the same again

My experience at this establishment was second to none as one of the best experiences of my life time. Waiting 2 hours in line was by far the best part because i had a 7 hour lay over. I highly recommend this establishment to anybody has over 3 hours to burn as this place will burn right through it.

Horrible customer service. Two employees completely ignored us, carrying on a conversation between themselves as we waited to order. Looked at me as if I bothered them by interrupting. No items were ready.

Really fresh and tasty, though prices are high - $6 for a single pretzel
