Best brisket ever. Staff and service was polite, helpful and fast. The place could use some window cleaning. The bbq turkey was dry and the potatoe salad was like nothing i ever tasted. I asked another customer how his chicken legs tasted, and he replied, the best in town. I love bbq and will definitely return.
This place is terrific, with excellent meats. Not sure how authentic it is as far as the "Texas style" they claim. In my experience (and reading) that the biggest differences between Southern and Texas styles are in the wood and the preferred meat. Texas features beef and mesquite smoke. Southern features pork and oak or hickory smoke. This place prefers mixing pork ribs with beef brisket. Their smoke of choice--oak. Nevertheless, the pitmaster at this place is expert...
My wife and I moved to South Florida from Texas. This is the best place we have found to get authentic Texas style brisket. I asked the staff to give me half point and half flat, and they delivered. Great smoke and great seasoning. You don't need sauce with this brisket. We look forward to visiting your restaurant many times!
