Just wanted to pop in and say these guys who work here give the most amazing service. They make it an effort to get to know you even if it’s extremely busy. That’s what customer service is about ! And the food is amazing with good prices. Don, Mario and Spike were awesome. I recommend getting the bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel with a side of black truffle cream cheese!

The bagels are great... when you actually get them. We have already had 5 orders completely missing items.
First time our parfait was missing. It could not be delivered so it was refunded.
Second time a bagel sandwich, a plain bagel, and a bag of chips were missing. We were told we had to leave work and come pick it up. No apologies.
Third time a bagel with cream cheese was missing from our order. Again, they would not deliver even though they forgot to put it in the bag. We had to leave work to get it. Again no apologies.
Fourth time another bagel with cream cheese was missing and several of our bagels were not toasted as requested. We once again had to leave work to get it because we were told they couldn't deliver again. The manager on staff told my colleague, "Next time don't order during peak hours!" Rude. No apology.
Fifth time was just yesterday 11/15 and we had yet another bagel with cream cheese missing. Hoping for a refund.
Inconsistent and will never actually fix the problem. Several times we even called in advance, said the name for the order, and asked that it was double checked before putting out of the driver. Nope. Didn't work.

Delicious x100. We drive 25 mins to enjoy this place. Love the vegan options! The staff can get a lil zesty at times but it’s okay because they’re working hard and they have a lot to keep track of. I ONLY WISH THEY SOLD THE SHIRTS that say Biggest Bagels in Florida!!!! Please sell them!

Delicious! More of an in and out kinda place, as in the sitting arrangement isn't mean for you to spend too much time in there. The food came fast and was delicious. I definitely intend to go back. Really good coffee too and a cool staff.

The positive everything bagel was tasty and the food was ready fast.
Seeing how they buy their eggs in bulk I do question if they are “cage free”. They look like standard medium eggs from us foods or Sysco.
The bacon was lacking on the sandwich and soggy.
I wanted to change my cheese from American to cheddar they wanted to up charge me $1.50 which I thought was crazy.
I found the restaurant needed a deep cleaning.
1. Their carpets had not been vacuumed in weeks. 2. The bottom of the bagel holder was dirty with old looking seeds that fell to the bottom. 3. The bathroom was also not clean and the toilet seat needed replacement. 4. Trash cans were full.
Lastly I did not find the staff to be friendly. They seemed to be unhappy working at this establishment.
I am not sure if I would return to this establishment.
Amazing breakfast sandwiches and huge bagels, honestly lasted me two meals. The coffee is nice and strong too

I was so excited to try this place out after seeing it on tiktok. I came here this morning with my dad my sister and my daughter. We spent $85 and they messed up our order royally. I advise everyone to check their bags before walking out of this place thankfully we were dining inside. We ordered four breakfast sandwiches, one bagel and cream cheese and then a dozen bagels to bring home. We were missing One breakfast sandwich along with the bagel and cream cheese. My sister went to tell them showing the receipt her bagel sandwich that she was missing and he gave her a bagel with cream cheese. when she went back to tell him this is not what was missing from my order he proceeded to try and correct HER That that’s what she told him. Along with those two items missing from our order, the dozen bagels were all out of sorts. We ordered a sesame bagel, There was none. Ordered two cinnamon raisin, There was none. There were 4 plain bagels when we only ordered one. I understand this place gets busy (which it was not when we stood there to order) But messing up this much of an order is totally unacceptable when we were paying $85 worth of food. The bagels and bagel sandwiches were delicious nonetheless, I just hope they get their kitchen and customer service in order.

Bagels & Co. at Hardy Park is hands down the best bagel spot I've ever been to! I've visited both this location and Mitch's Bagels, and let me tell you—Bagels & Co. is in a league of its own. The bagels here are always fresh, perfectly baked with that crispy outside and soft, chewy inside that makes them irresistible. The cream cheese is so smooth and flavorful, and their bagel sandwiches are absolutely out of this world.
What really sets this location apart is the vibe and service—super friendly staff who make you feel right at home, plus the space itself is welcoming and perfect for kicking back and enjoying your meal. Every visit has been a top-tier experience, and I’m already planning to come back every time I’m in town for a car show! If you haven't been to Bagels & Co. at Hardy Park yet, do yourself a favor and go—you won’t regret it. Way better than Mitch's in my opinion!

I have came here countless times and today was the first time I have ever experienced the worst service of my life. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel and it came out as a plain bagel, so I politely asked if I could get my correct order. They then messed up my friends orders , so we then again politely went up to ask for the correct order. I kept explaining what I was asking for and I then started getting yelled at by the chef or the person in charge of making the bagels. It was embarrassing not only for me , but for him as well. The place was entirely packed and he was just yelling at me for their mistakes. I was kind and patient until the last second. It is disgusting that 1. a man would even raise his voice at me and 2. that you would ever raise your voice at a customer. I truly loved this place and now I am genuinely traumatized to go back. I was so excited and left without a bagel, sweating , and shaking. No one should ever have to experience that. Will NEVER come back here again.
