This location gives the franchise a bad name. I tend to order through Uber Eats and constantly have issues with my orders!! It’s only 10 minutes away from my job but they constantly can’t be bothered to give the uber guys the correct orders. Missing coffee, sides, etc.
I say this with ALL CONFIDENCE because the location in Wilton Manors is WONDERFUL. Never have an issue and they communicate if they’ve run out of something.
I spoke to an employee today named Don who tells me THIS time my uber guy stole my coffee. Uber guy tells me Don never gave him my coffee. But then I open my bag and see everything else about the order is wrong, but sure enough that’s my name stapled to the order.
I recommend never ordering from this location again and sticking to the Wilton Manors one for good service.

First time here and I was greeted like I was a regular and have been going for years, which was awesome. The whole staff was eager to help everyone that came in. Shout out to Josh, B.J. and Avery for a great lunch spot. Grabbed two vegan breakfast sandwiches and some coffee, and everything came out great. Couldn't recommend them more if you're looking for bagels, breakfast sandwiches or a coffee. Very helpful and delicious food

Best first experience ever. I ordered the breakfast Sammy and a poppyseed with honey nut cream cheese and actually ordered it again to go it was so good. The energy off these employees are just as amazing as the food. Josh, Don, Sham, Ron and BJ absolutely rock thank you for setting the mood this morning God bless you guys!!!!!!

Was my first time here and Josh,Avery,Lisa took awesome care of me and I came back all the way from Boca for the 2nd time the same day because it was so good and they gave me extra bagels and stuff on the house this place is a must try and the people are amazing and take great care of you
Wow! The woman at the counter was BUILT for this. You don’t get customer service like this in South Florida typically. 10/10 would recommend 🥰
