My fiance and I went in to eat tacos at 12:15am being that I am a server myself and get off pretty late. The place smelled nice and was very clean and nice. On the menu, it states that the chips are made fresh to order. The firs to set of chips I ordered were soggy and greasy so I asked for a new set. The second ones came out 30 seconds later so obviously not fresh. Didn’t eat the second ones either.. There were only 2 servers on at the time. The bartender and 1 server. The bartender was patient but the server seemed impatient and as if he was being bothered. The food was warm not hot like it was fresh. 20% is automatically included which is great and I wish more restaurants did, but if I’m paying a 20% tip I should get 20% service all around. The DJ didn’t great and played music based on his crowd which was not just Spanish music which I enjoyed. All in all, if the food is the same price at 8pm as it is at 1am then it should be a fresh and hot.

I’ve lived in FTL going on a year now and many of the taco spots cater to tourist tastes buds killing the authenticity and flavor.BUT NOT this place, the food is made from the heart by people who love the craft of cooking, music is always good, and the drinks are even better. The chips and salsa are great but the elote and Birria tacos are MY favorite. They even offer gluten free options! My fiancé swears by the Nashville tacos. Definitely a must try!

Amazing! Such a great lunch! We had the queso to start. Loved the freshly made chips.I had the birria tacos with rice and beans. Love the yellow rice and beans with some hot sauce. The birria tacos were so good!! Lots of flavor.We had the churros for dessert. Really taste.Cute interior with a blue ceiling and colorful lights and plants. Totally cute!Very friendly server. She was excellent.

One of the best taco places i tried in US, and as a former semi truck driver i tried a lot of them! Service was incredible, food was so so so yummy, and also hospitality in general was for 10 stars. I highly recommend it to everyone! I’m not gonna just be coming back, i’m a regular customer now!!!! Good job guys!

I hosted a private birthday party for my husband's 50th at Bandolers. They were able to accommodate 40 of my guests and provided great drinks and amazing food. We all had a blast and partied all night long. The staff was amazing and super accommodating with everything we needed to make it a good time for us. I didn't have to worry about a thing as they had everything set up for me. All I had to do was show up with my guests. On top of everything, I brought a dancer and some Mariachis, which they were okay with letting me bring in for some entertainment for my guest and everyone else that was there im sure they enjoyed it. The DJ's were fantastic, catering to all types of music. This place is amazing and a must-visit.Thank you, BO and staff, for such a great time. Kudos to you all.Everyone was so nice and sweet to us.
