Went in to buy 2 ice cream cakes but no one knew how to put the boxes together. Couldn’t get anyone to really wanted to help

Great location, nice interior, clean and very spacious . The price is at Baskin-Robbins are pretty good compared to a lot of other ice cream places. When you order a large shake you actually get a very large shake, it comes in the largest dunkin' donuts glass. Good value

I am pissed! I paid $45 for a whipped cream cake. This cake was not an ice cream cake. The cake was top with a lot of whipped cream, a layer of cake at the bottom and a thin layer of ice cream in the middle. My son was so disappointed that he threw his cake away. I don’t recommend them at all.

Stopped 30 mins before the store is supposed to close and was told they were closed - with the “open” sign on, and the door unlocked. I guess they couldn’t be bothered to do their job, bc their hours say they were still open for another 30 minutes. I guess this is what happens when you can’t find decent

This is our favorite location. We always go in late in the evening. The service is always good for us. The only complaint is they keep the bathrooms locked because either the homeless people are messing up the bathrooms or that is the excuse to keep the bathrooms locked after cleaning, so they don't have to do it again before they get off work. Management could put the bathroom door code on your receipt to eliminate the problem. My guess is the city requires you to have a public bathroom, so someone needs to deal with this issue. Legit customers like having a bathroom available especially since we drive 21 miles to get there.
