Batch New Southern Kitchen and Tap: Fort Lauderdale

Amazing as always. I come here at least once a week and the whole staff always makes you feel like home :) Not the mention the food and drink are OUTSTANDING. My favorite is their outdoor seating.

Table for 8 women. Service was great. Food was delicious. I loved the blackened shrimp and grits and the biscuits with butter and jam. The manager sent us off with biscuits to go bags which was above and beyond a nice touch of extended service. This was my 2nd visit and hope to return soon.

Wow! That is all I can say. The food was nothing short of amazing! The service by Cassie and mgr Carlos was outstanding. We went to celebrate my daughter and my husband's birthday.... It was my husband's first time as well as my parents first time. We arrived in time for happy hour so, We ordered a little bit of everything so we could try many things. Every single one of us loved everything. The birthday surprises for my daughter and my husband topped off the night! I cannot say enough good things about Batch

This was our second visit. We sat at the bar & I had predetermined a couple of their tap beers I wanted to try. No sooner did I attempt to order than I was told that their entire draft beer system was down. Very disappointing. But they had a few can/bottle selections that I hadn't tried, so all was good. After ordering my first beer I asked for menu recommendation& the bartender didn't hesitate to recommend the blackened redfish & smoked short-rib. We had already determined that we would start with the burnt ends appetizer & decided to go with his other two recommendations. All were exceptionally delicious & piping hot. When it came time to order another beer, the one I requested was out of stock. I asked for another selection which was also out of stock. I mockingly exclaimed "You're killing me!" & ordered another of the first beer I had ordered. The bartender laughed & within a few minutes someone brought us a complimentary order of their buttermilk drop biscuits, presumably because I didn't act like an idiot in regard to the beer situation. And for those of you who have had their biscuits, you know this was a pretty sweet deal. Bottom line - great food, service & atmosphere. We'd go there more often if we lived a bit closer but it's a great option for the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. I highly recommend them.

Took a chance to go here prior to an even at Parker Playhouse. I just thought the menu looked really good. All 4 of us LOVED it!! From the Salmon, salads, brisket and fried chicken sandwich...all perfect. will definitely go back.

I booked a reservation along with a friend who booked a reservation for the same time. Got to the location and was told that we couldn't all sit together. So the children sat inside and the adults outside. I don't think that was safe. There should've been an exception made so that the children could've sat with their parents. The place wasn't full/packed at the time of the reservation, so that exception should've been granted. The guy who greeted us was very rude as well. Very distasteful disposition.

High prices for small portions. We didn’t even get the right drinks, after asking multiple times. Our server disappeared for 25 minutes before we found someone else to help us, and then they couldn’t even split the bill properly; even though we asked ahead of time. Never again.

We were so impressed with the menu choices, how nice everyone was & how delicious our food was. They definitely take so much pride in the food the serve. We will definitely recommend this restaurant. Our server Raanan was the best! Thank you for treating us like family 😊

This is the absolute WORSE SERVICE when reserving for a large party. I have been with groups before and never encountered the email disrespect that I received, trying to reserve again. WILL NOT RETURN and asking that others don't patronize a business that doesn't have workers that are courteous to their own patrons.

Omg. Where do I begin… loved every bit of this place. It’s literally in my backyard and it’s my first time bring here. The atmosphere and ambience was great. The music wasn’t too loud. Quick, friendly service, solid food. We had the Chicken n’ Waffles, pretty good. 90 minute bottomless mimosa is a pretty good deal. Shout out to Antonio — kind, funny, welcoming 🙌

American classics with homemade specialities all over the menu. For me the highlights were the biscuits and the grilled peach burrata appetizer. Old fashioned was nice too!

Also tried the burnt ends, blackened redfish, and the fried green tomato blt. I’m not a big fan of sweet sauces so the sweet bacon and the sauce in the burnt ends was a little too sweet for me, but everyone else at my table loved it.

The appetizers were the star but the entrees were nice too. Solid spot overall with a lot of options for meats, vegetarian food, and vegan dishes as well. Good drinks and very friendly service. There’s street parking outside or a free garage (just the first two floors) just west of the restaurant.

Enjoyed a Birthday 🎂 lunch today, first time visiting. First of all, Tori, our server, made the visit and occasion phenomenal. The food was excellent and the Bourbon flight was amazing. Looking forward to going back. Thank you
