Long time customers and fans of these delicious cookies! Stopped by Friday for a dozen to take to a party. The Dubai Chocolate cookie is literally TO DIE FOR!! They have outdone themselves. Everyone raved about them and they were devoured immediately. Should have brought more. All the cookies are fabulous, but had to give a shout out to this on trend and amazing flavor!

Great option in the new popular cookie world much better prepared than the competitors that crumble raw or consistency blueprint is cook thoroughly has a light crisp crunch not overly sweet small variety of choices, but good quality ingredient and flavors. Also an ice cream option which is nice. This location has unusual parking window service only.

Very disappointed with the service I received Sunday afternoon June 8th . The person who helped me seemed like they didn’t want to be there. They did not greet me and had a miserable attitude. I asked for a receipt after purchasing 4 cookies. I was handed the receipt and after I said thank you, the sliding glass door was slammed shut in my face. This will be the last time I visit or purchase anything from that location again.

I’m actually shocked this cookie shop has such high reviews. I was hoping to love it but the cookies were mid at best (we tried choc chip, Reese’s, pretzel marshmallow, strawberry cheesecake). I frequent Chip City back home and one happened to just open in FTL — wishing we just went there.
The one positive is the staff was super friendly and nice!
