Very disappointed with the service I received Sunday afternoon June 8th . The person who helped me seemed like they didn’t want to be there. They did not greet me and had a miserable attitude. I asked for a receipt after purchasing 4 cookies. I was handed the receipt and after I said thank you, the sliding glass door was slammed shut in my face. This will be the last time I visit or purchase anything from that location again.

I’m actually shocked this cookie shop has such high reviews. I was hoping to love it but the cookies were mid at best (we tried choc chip, Reese’s, pretzel marshmallow, strawberry cheesecake). I frequent Chip City back home and one happened to just open in FTL — wishing we just went there.
The one positive is the staff was super friendly and nice!

These cookies hit the spot. They didn't have much left to choose from at the end of the day, and the service was mediocre to say the least... but the cookies made up for it. Wish I took some pics but I forgot to. I remember the chocolate chip was great, as well as the peanut butter with Reece's inside. Oreo Rice Krispie was okay.

Since im not from the States, i was wondering why $6 dollars for a cookie... i gotta admit that this so far have been the greatest! ❤️... i loved them, tasted so good and were fresh, 100% recommended!

The girl working seemed very unhappy with her job, this was my first time trying the cookies, and she literally just took my order flipped the screen told me to tap my card and handed me cold cookies. I heard they were warm and delicious. So I'm just sad that I didn't get that same experience. Still tipped her. As someone in the hospitality business I dont get why if you hate your job you wouldn't pick another profession. So unwelcoming and didn't even know it was an option to have them heated until I asked my friend why she recommend me to this place.
Once batch. It's still awful. How do you mess up a cookie?! I forgot how bad these are. Ordered a set thinking it was a new company and immediately reminded me how I threw out a box of them a few years ago.

The cookies are very good, but 90% of the time Ive gotten cookies from here, they were severely undercooked. I don’t mind slight underbaked-ness, but if it still tastes and looks like dough while it’s not hot , then something is wrong. Probably because of how thick they are. I have to put it in the oven each time.
