Beach Cigar Bar

Went for a beer and to enjoy my cigar! Upon entering I had to use the restroom and asked for a beer while heading that way. Waiter politely stated we just ran out of beer, I said cool, and still continued to restroom. Then I was stopped by the man at cigar bar and was told I could use restroom because I’m not a customer! How am I not a customer anymore because you guys don’t have what I asked for. That’s completely out of my control, I had to leave the building just to take a piss! Poor customer and terrible experience.

Tried to get a drink took 15 minutes. Left. No service.

Bob was very unethical and improffessional!!! Even the waiters said Bob was acting out of hand.

Came in with with A buddy of mine for his birthday… and got two drinks in order to sit and have a cigar. My buddy and I left for two minutes and Bob denied us access to use the restroom after we walked out and said we weren’t customers any more and called security on us, too whom I presented my receipt too and showed proof.

Worst cigar lounge I’ve ever been to. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Empty bar , overpriced cigars , once customer service is the worst I’ve experienced…. Look for a good one , check out Cigar Cigar in Miami

What a wonderful surprise! Have been to Ft. Lauderdale three times in the last 4 years and to this VERY PLAZA last year and never knew this spot was here.

The ultimate environment for a cigar smoking sports fanatic (and his beautiful lady ?). Great selection of Cigars, great bar and extensive liquor store connected. Heaven, I have found you....

Very disrespectful staff. Do not recommend coming. Was not allowed in because my shirt was slightly wet from the rain, but two other people were allowed entry while their shirts were soaked. Absolutely disrespectful.

One of the best cigar selections I’ve seen. From Opus X, Davidoff, Oliva, Padron and so many others. Amazing. The bar has the an equally amazing bourbon selection. Cigar knowledge is great between Rob and Sefi (the owner). I come back every year and will continue to.

My boyfriend I stopped by the lounge the other day while on vacation. It was such a great experience that we had come back the very next day. My boyfriend got to enjoy some of the best cigars he’s purchased and I got to enjoy some perfectly crafted drinks. All for a great price too! In fact, I probably had the most delicious Bloody Mary right at this very lounge; I got it with a HOMEMADE hot sauce too for that kick. The music here is great, the decor does for a great atmosphere, and the people here are extremely friendly. Could not recommend this place more!

Incredible store!!! It is a hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale Beach. One of the best cigar and whiskey selection I ever seen!Bob and owner Seyfi were very helpful
