Normally, whenever I take the time out my day to leave a review it’s for a good one. I do not like complaining. But today I must leave this review, my sister and I has the worst experience ordering here with this woman- Good thing I speak Spanish or else who knows how I would’ve communicated with her. . We spent almost 60 dollars ! And I even tipped her. We ordered 4 slices of pizza and an order of wings and extra toppings. When I asked for my receipt she told me she can’t give it to me but I can take a photo of her iPad screen. I reviewed the receipt and I asked her why she rung up different items than we ordered. She immediately got an attitude and said we have no right to question her because she is a manager. I just wanted to know why she rang me up for totally different items! I needed to know if I got charged the right amount. We waited in the car for 20 minutes for the wings- meanwhile the whole time she was talking on her phone and handling food with no gloves.
When I got my $17 wings I only had 2 flats. I asked her why it’s all drums and she responded that since her assistant bagged it that way - that’s how she served it. I told her what she can do to fix the situation as a “manager” and she just started at me and said she’ll give me money back. She took the wings back immediately and took cash out the register. I said ma’am wait let me ask the group what they want please wait!! She ignored me and followed me waving cash in the air. We ended up keeping the food and refused a refund since we waited so long for the food. I asked her for her name and she refused to provide it! She then told me it’s Veronica. I asked who the owner is and she said she IS the owner. I called her bluff but she didn’t care.
I told her to please provide me the owners name so I can speak to Him and she said “FIGURE IT OUT”. You can Keep standing there all night but I won’t tell you I don’t care.” She forgot to give us the pizza when we left so we had to come get it. I asked for a ranch for the wings and she asked for $2.
I like the pizza here and it’s sad that experiences like this can taint my perception of this place. I think I’ll have to find a new pizza spot by the beach in order to avoid this lady! Given the other reviews it seems I am not the only one that has complained about her!!

Food is great but the service is horrible. Hispanic lady that may have lied about her name being Veronica and claimed to be the owner was awful. Threatened us about being recorded even though we were not doing anything wrong, just asking for what we ordered. Have been coming here for a year but will probably not go back

Employee there refused to serve me. I just got on the beach and she insinuated that it was closed, I walk back and she’s serving other people pizza. It was 1:30pm Please hire better employees, it’s costing you money

This is literally the whole-in-the-wall pizza joint! But, the pizza is good. Plenty of cheese. Expensive. A large cheese was $25 and soda cans are $3 as of July 2025. Two chairs “inside”, but it’s completely open to the outside so don’t expect AC. Owner/ Operator was polite.
If you’re just looking to grab a pie or some slices, this is your no frills option and I’d say, Get Some!

We bought a pizza to give to some of the homeless people across the street and the woman told us we could not put the desired amount of Parmesan cheese on the pizza that we paid $30 for. The service and food was trash DO NOT waste your money on this place.

$23 for 3 slices of pizza and I'm guessing they raised the prices due to it being after leaving the bar and maybe making the most. These are not $7 slices. All in all...it is what it is...right?
$20 for 2 slices and 2 can of soda. No menu or prices displayed. Customer service not good, lady does not use gloves to put cheese on pizza after handling register.

It seems my last review from about three years ago was deleted. The fact I am coming back to rewrite this review alone should tell you how much hatred I have in my heart for this sorry excuse for pizza. I remember the bouncer at the Elbo Room down the road told me, “I am from New York, and thats the best NY style pizza I've ever had,” which also only solidified my disgust for NYC as well but to get back on track, I ordered the veggie pizza, where in your right mind do you think of taking a slice of cheese pizza and dumping raw vegetables on it? That’s just lazy. Along with a regular plain slice, I would later go on to get food poisoning, which wouldn’t be the worst thing ever, but when my splitting migraine was met with a crying baby for an entire trip on a plane from Fort Lauderdale to Chicago, I could not get more aggravated with the lie that this place puts forth as the best pizza in FTL. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This place goes under a fake name on doordash. We ordered a pizza and it never got picked up or delivered. Drove by the store to see what’s going on and it was closed nobody there.
