Great food and friendly employees. I just wish they would stop nickel and diming everything. You get 1 tiny cup of sauce with a small bowl, additional tiny cups cost extra as does many of the other toppings. Go next door to Chipotle and ask for sour cream, extra sauce, etc. it’s free.
Dropped it to 4 stars because the service and food freshness have fallen off since this location opened. I have eaten here 4-5 times now. Always decent, still a great concept, just seems like GM isn't running the line with the attention they should be.
I was at chipotle next door and the assistant manager wanted to argue with me because I asked her if I could get a full portion of chicken. I got tired of arguing so I decided to walk out and come in here instead. It was a night and day difference in the experience and the customer service right out the gate. It’s all very welcoming, and they were generous in their portions. Not to mention, the quality of the food is much better. I will definitely come here from now on.
