Actually so bad, the ice cream tastes funky, and customer service doesnt understand the request of customers (they're literally on their phones with earphones)

Absolute insanity, if I were from the health department I would close you all down in 2.5 seconds for the craziness I seen here. You are sitting on a gold mine and have individuals with no motivation to work, non hygienic, does not wash their hands at all- 12 customers in front me, she went outside the store to get buckets came back and did not wash her hands, her hair is very long, and goes inside of the fridge as she is serving- she is working alone and so far I have seen 9 people on line and just leave. Do with this what you want, but you are losing money and probably putting patrons at risk- ensure your staff put a damn hair net on, use gloves. I attached a picture for context.

They seriously need to hire more people. There was only one worker on the establishment and the line gets 20+ people long. It would be unfair to blame it on the worker (I know) because she is incredibly young but also slow and inexperienced. As busy as she was, she left the store unattended for a couple of minutes to go to the back for restock. Her long hair was also all over the ice cream.

Ben & Jerry’s is iconic but not worth the time and experience, at least in this location.

Came for a quick dessert after walking around Las Olas at night great selection of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and convenience

I’ve been to multiple ben&jerrys but this one doesn’t compare. The service was so good and ice cream was delicious! The girls that worked there today were so polite and kind. I really recommend visiting specifically this location.

First time checking out this las Olas beach location and oh my god! Being a Ben and Jerry’s fan for so long, I think I found THE spot. It got even better with 2 young ladies providing a 10/10 service, definitely a “must visit ice cream shop”!!
