I've had ribs from Boston to North Carolina to Louisiana to Texas to California to......and by far, The Black Swan Ribs are the best I ever put in my mouth. Updated Review. They are still open the hours are just a bit different than what's posted online as I was told they close at 8 p.m. today. If you have trouble calling there is a second number listed on their website. We stumbled upon this place through Groupon a amazing deal that included a full rack of ribs to order chickens and two sides. We got mac and cheese and collard greens and both tasted homemade.
