Blue Tree Cafe Vegan Soul Food

Really enjoyed Blue Tree! We ordered for a family of 3, for 3 days (lunch & dinner) and they accommodated us quickly with no issues at all. The food was filling, full of flavor & reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We’ll for sure be back.

Arriving at 20 minutes before closing time, and they had everything available except for Mac and cheese. I got the Chickpea dish, cauliflower wings, sautéed mushrooms, and just had to try one of the mini sweet potato pies. I was hungry, and I ate everything except for the pie (which served as a delicious breakfast the next morning)! Don’t miss this gem! Everything was fabulous. This vegan spot truly impressed me. The collard greens were rich, well seasoned, and full of flavor. The candied yams were perfectly cooked, soft, sweet, and not overpowering.
The fried cauliflower with spicy BBQ was a standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sauce had just the right kick.
As someone who is currently transitioning to a vegan lifestyle, this place made the experience exciting and satisfying. And let’s talk about the mac and cheese. No soy, which is a huge blessing. Soy is not always the best option, especially for males, so having that alternative really matters.
I will definitely be going back. This spot proves vegan food can be comforting, flavorful, and filling without compromis

Let’s start with the quality of food: it was delicious!!! And for the price? A steal. My mom and I spent lunch silently eating together because the food was so good. Everyone at the family owned restaurant was suuuuper sweet, fun, and helpful. Definitely won’t be my last time dropping by :)

This place was so good! You could tell everything was prepared, freshly and with a lot of love. It was also so cute how it was family owned, and how they all interacted with each other was really heartwarming! Would highly recommend.

First time here came with someone who is a vegan for lunch. There was no wait. Staff/owners were so pleasant. We found this gem based on a Google search and not we're we pleased. We got 3 soul bowls. Everything was delicious. As a meat eater I enjoyed it so much that I'm already planning my return. We ordered BBQ Mushrooms with steamed cabbage and Mac and cheese, Spicy BBQ Mushrooms with Mac and cheese and plantains, Cauliflower wings, Mac and cheese and brown rice, side order of fried oyster mushrooms. The wait was pretty reasonable based on the fact, some of the food is cooked to order. I will be back soon!

Mama Sharon is a mama. She is sweet and loving. The service was great. Great family owned BLACK business. Went twice in one day. I had the spicy bbq mushrooms, yams, collards and cornbread. Everything was good and looked great. I'm not a vegan but love to try ne things because my better half is a vegan. When I went the second time they had the sweet potato pies ready😋. I grabbed two for my love. The fried oysters mushrooms, black eyelets, and mac n cheese was also good. I would go back to this place

My wife is trying to eat more vegan/plant based food, so we tried blue tree Café. I don’t remember the names of the items that we tried, but I believe they were “soul bowls”. We’ve got one of them with barbecued mushrooms, mac & cheese, and collard greens, while the other had fried oyster mushrooms, collard greens, and cornbread. We also ordered the hibiscus tea (sorrel).
Everything was flavorful, and delicious! Growing up with vegan parents,, and loving meat, I didn’t expect it to taste as good as it did. The candy yams were done well… Not too sweet, and the yams will cook perfectly; firm, yet Soft enough to cut with a spoon. The hibiscus tea was nice, though it could’ve been a little bit sweeter for my personal taste. My wife absolutely loved it just how I was.
Service was great. The restaurant is relatively new, and decorated very nicely.
We all definitely be ordering from here again.

I was coming from Miami got off the exit to try this place but it was close. You should update your website so people don’t waste time & gas.
