Food was old & precooked. After speaking with them, they were constantly saying it was cook this morning. That's the problem. Now it's p.m. please don't order or dine here.

I've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. By far, one of my favorite chinese food restaurants.

I ordered food from this place. They always give me me a hard time, but I like their food and always order the same thing. Tonight was different. I decided I was going to order a pu pu plater but it turned out to be a total disaster. The dish was dried out, hard to bite into, and the meat was extremely dry, tough, and had no sauce. The wings were toasted leaving NO MEAT whatsoever on the bone. I called the restaurant to explain about the meal and told them I don’t want nothing back regarding a refund, but I wanted to let them know that I was unsatisfied. I put this up front right away. She began to argue with me. She actually hung up on me twice when I called back and on third call I had to listen to her taken orders from other customers while i had to listen.The woman on the phone continued to argue with me and actually hung up on me 3 times! I finally got the chance to tell her that the poo poo platter was not edible! I told them (her) I’ve been ordering from them for 20 years. They told me “it didn’t matter.” Then they (she) told me they were going to send “their driver” back out to my house to pick up the food. I told them I’m an early bird and I had to go to bed, but they insisted. The driver ended coming back to my house and I gave her back the food, but the driver was in tears. She spent probably 20 to 30 minutes round-trip + going from the restaurant to my home and back to the restaurant to pick up this food. She told me it was her on her own time and her own gasoline. She began to cry. I hugged her and told her she needs to get a better job because this place is “Like Stockholm syndrome!” This place doesn't care about their customers or their employees. I fealt so bad for this girl. In the past, I’ve ordered from them and they’ve always nickeled and dimed me for everything, including an extra spoonful of sauce in their dish or what size the shrimp they’re gonna give me. I understand business and charging people what they order, but these people are too much. They changed their mind in the same conversation. There are no set prices, it’s whatever they want to charge in the moment. I’ve bee n ordering from these people for nearly two decades and there is no loyalty to their customers and they’ve told me “it doesn’t matter”. Shame on them! I will never order from this restaurant again especially after tonight, Especially after this girl was crying in my house appearing like she was mentally abused! I’m boycotting this restaurant. They don’t need to treat people like second class citizens. Shame on them!

I give them 0 stars horrible service food horrible this is the second time we have had something in our food my 11yr old daughter was eating a egg roll an bit into a water bottle top an all they could say is we make you 5 new egg rolls

Surprised after all of the Chinese food places I've tried, I've found one that was really good! Actually it was on point. Quality of food 100%, service was quick and friendly. I'll definitely come back. I got the boneless spareribs dinner with Wonton soup, honey garlic nugget dinner and an extra eggroll. All fantastic thank God. Well done. Thank you for a great meal.

By far the BEST Chinese food I’ve had. The eggrolls are FIRE!!!! Delivery was super quick. Food was hot when it arrived. I had chicken and broccoli. I like my broccoli a little well done. It was perfect. The soups were all amazing. I had egg drop. My kids had wonton and my husband had the combo. The noodles were crispy and fresh. Now I’m craving Chinese. I know what I’m having for dinner.

I have only ordered from this place about 3 or 4 times and each time is a great experience. The food is delicious,they always get the order right, the service is great and the staff is friendly. Delivery is always timely which I greatly appreciate. I even called to make sure they saw my special instructions note on doordash to exclude pork in any of the dishes and they were already on it and completely understanding!
