Absolutely love bolay! I come here most days because it’s my fave little lunch spot to grab and go! The staff are so friendly and the food is just so delicious and healthy!

I love their vegan options. The tofu was always delicious, and it was easy to get a filling, healthy meal. I used to go there regularly before moving out of state, and I really miss it.

Quanda had me rolling. Great food and service as always. And they accept cash, unlike that salad place next door. ♥️

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The staff here — especially the manager — displayed extremely poor customer service. We had an issue with one of our orders because the meat and vegetables were cold and didn’t taste fresh. We were dining in and had barely taken one or two bites before realizing something was wrong.

When we politely brought it up to the counter, the manager immediately accused us of lying and insisted there was “no way” the food could be cold. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she refused to remake the order or issue a refund and even accused us of trying to scam the restaurant. To make matters worse, she raised her voice at us in front of other customers, which was humiliating and completely unprofessional.

I’ve never experienced such rude treatment from a restaurant manager. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location, and I highly recommend avoiding it if you value good customer service and respect as a customer.

Shan was amazing made our fresh food and helped us with our first time here. The food is amazing tastes so good and so fresh and shan was amazing with helping us decide. We WILL be coming back. She deserves a raise or something with how she is with customers. Better than chipotle!
