Great food. Reasonably priced for an airport. You won’t regret trying this place.
Our food arrived piping hot. Love that! The salad was great, as was the generously sized. fish n chips. The service was attentive and considerate. Excellent place for an enjoyable airport meal.

BFG E Gates Fort Lauderdale airport.
Service was exceptional and prompt/very courteous.
We had the Fish & Chips, and being from Nova Scotia, our expectations were not high…..BUT…this was amazing!! The fish was cooked to perfection and the batter was also perfect.
This place is well worth checking out if you are departing from FLL E Gates.

I appreciated the fact that I had a healthy option at the airport. They accommodated a food allergy and could not have been nicer! I got a salad to go for the airplane ride. It was fresh & delicious. Special shoutout to Susan who was helpful, understanding in regards to my seed oil allergy & that means so much! Thank you so much Susan!

I had a six hour layover in Florida and wanted some fresh sea food. (as authentic as I could get for an airport) and I found this place! Great and attentive staff who always made sure I had a fresh glass of sprite. I didn't feel like I was waiting on a single thing. And they were perfectly fine with me hanging around for a few hours until my departure time came closer. And the food was excellent too! Honestly could not recommend more!

The staff was very friendly during my dining experience at Bonefish Grill in the Fort Lauderdale Airport. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The food and drinks were given in a timely manner. I recommend stopping here to grab a bite if you are in the terminal. #bonefishgirll #fortlauderdaleairport #bonefishgrillfortlauderdale #gracebucholtzexp #southfloridarealestate

Before catching my flight, I stopped by the Bonefish Grill at FLL airport. The reception from the front desk and staff who passed by was friendly and welcoming. However, my experience at the bar was far less positive. I patiently waited for over 20 minutes for a space to be cleared…. 8pm on a slow Friday night. When I politely asked Ernesto if someone could clear a spot, starting with a smile and a “please,” I was met with a dismissive “when I have time.”
This kind of response reflects poor service and a lack of customer care. Mistreating customers is not a winning business strategy, and I hope Ernesto receives proper training to offer a better first impression for future patrons.
We visited Bonefish Grill on Sunday 9/22/2024 for lunch before a long layover. Three nice things I can say about this place is the food was tasty. I had a poke bowl. The atmosphere was pleasant, it was not busy. And, our server brought water with a lemon slice and I did not have to ask, which for me was a nice touch.
Now the bad. The service was slow. So slow, my partners went to use the restroom before the server came to get drink orders. Then the server decided to make the rest of us wait to take our drink order until everyone was back. You know, so it was convenient for her. Food came in a reasonable time but server never checked on us and did not give us a bill after we were done. Probably close to an hour after finishing eating, we finally flagged her down so we would not miss our flight.
When we got the bill, we got a couple of surprise charges. First was an automatic 5 dollars on top of the subtotal of 27 and change. Next when we paid with a credit card we were charged a fee for that. 2.75 %. So much for cc rewards. I did not have time to speak with a manager as our flight was close to boarding, but if I did, I would have. Bonefish Grill is pricey enough. 20 dollars for a poke bowl is normally not worth the price, but tacking on auto tips and fees is unacceptable. You should work harder for my business. I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card for this charge. Know that.

Clean restaurant serving good food. I tried the atlantic salmon and it tasted great. It's a bit pricey for what it comes with, but hey - it's airport prices. Seating is plenty and the whole environment is nice.

Just because it is inside of an airport, it doesn't mean that the food is below average, the plate that I ordered was phenomenal, big in portion, and big in flavor

6 years. I walked from terminal 3 to terminal 1 for the Escape Lounge and had to stop here. It's been over 6 years since the Bonefish Grill in my area of Texas closed (due to highway expansion).
I always enjoyed the Bang Bang Shrimp, and it still tastes delicious.
However, why ruin the tuna poke with fried pieces? It's amazing as is. Combining the tuna with the shrimp is too greasy. Let the tuna speak for itself.

Terrible service. We went for lunch on a Tuesday, and even though there were only 4 occupied tables in the restaurant, the service took FOREVER. They had to exchange our burger because the first one arrived completed charred. Everything from the drinks to the bill took over 20 minutes to arrive. Drink refills, boxes for the leftovers, etc. everything was painfully slow. We won’t be coming back.

I would never go back the experience was horrifying.. After paying and leaving a $7 tip on top of 18% auto gratuity we were treated like dine and dashers. My husband took both recipts by accident and the server who charged my card hunted us down AT OUR GATE E6 !!! With a checkbook with our tip inside and starting declaring we didn’t complete our payment in front of all the guests. I was horribly embarrassed and we showed her the receipt she apologized and stormed off . THE RESTAURANT IS EMPTY. And there’s 2 servers.. how do you make a mistake like this? The manager offered us drinks or food but no discount . I opted for the drinks (unwillingly but I least want some compensation) but I will NEVER come back here
