These must be new owners, horrible, really really bad. Got a bacon, egg & cheese bagel; horrible scrambled eggs with a weird color, bagel slightly burnt, and bacon only on om half which I would personally never eat, looks like it's from yesterday and never cooked right

This is my go-to spot for a bagel sandwich whenever I need one. I've been coming here for years and their chicken salad on a homemade bagel with fresh tomato, cucumber and lettuce will absolutely make my day.

This place used to be a great bagel spot. I dont know when the new owners took over, but the it has gone way down hill. Its basically a turkish place that sells day old bagels and kept the name. $5 for a day old bagel with butter. Never Again.

1st and LAST time in this place. Just the nastiest attitudes..plus, my bagel had way too much cream cheese, enough for 5 bagels on it. Disgusting...smh
If you buy food here, make sure you check it for freshness before leaving the restaurant. These people will try to give you yesterdays food. I've eaten there 4 times and gotten old food 3 outta 4 times

First time at Boston bagel today and the bagel i had was really good despite the many reviews that said it was hard & stale; maybe because i had mine slightly toasted.
The salmon cream cheese though is more cheese than salmon - that was not good.
Not so great also, I wish they had oatmilk as an option for the coffee & some more natural sugar options like brown sugar packets or even stevia as opposed to just white sugar & Splenda.
Service seemed frazzled - a tad chaotic.
Yes, lots of Turkish items- not sure of the relationship with the Boston reference.

Ordered 3 bagels to go. I should have checked them before I left. They were stale and hard. Will not go back.
Coffee was great. Service was even better. The woman was so nice to my son there that he says he wants to go back just to say hi. Very welcoming place that puts service 1st.
