Honestly i’m grossed out.. i paid with cash and the guy who took my payment had a glove. That same guy that took my cash, i watched him take that same hand that had a glove that just touched my dirty money and proceed to grab my bagel out of the toaster. That’s honestly disgusting and very bad practice. That same glove never came off the entire time i was there, and he answered a phone with that glove and he also did some other work around. The glove never came off. Bacon egg and cheese barely any cheese and basically no bacon. Bagel was definitely a day old. Potatoes not cooked enough hard and funny taste. Coffee was good though. I won’t be coming back

BEWARE!Came in the first time after passing this place everyday on my way to the office. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and coffee. Coffee was ok. The cream cheee had a sour taste. The bagel tasted like a packaged old stale ‘Thomas’. Bad enough the size of it was minuscule. I expected big things from the Boston Bagel. Left with $10 of disappointment. Nothing Boston about it. The place is filled with Turkish-European stuffI don’t recommend! Stick with other good quality spots in the area

Russian lady charges me for coffee. It's 10:10 in the mornings. She says there's hardly gonna be any more customers and doesn't want to give me the full cup of coffee.... Good luck in running your business. I paid for my coffee. The least ahe could do is Give me what I paid for thank you and always have a nice day lady.You gotta give a customer what they paid for a cup of coffee please

I stopped by to get a muffin but needed to use the restroom first. I asked for them to open the bathroom door for me and she told me if I order first then she might let me in. I will never step foot in this place again

Must be New Management bagel was horrible almost $5 for bagel with butter I took one bite and threw it out gave it to the birds. I couldn't even swallow the bite I spit it out. Bad Business sitting outside smoking then come inside help customer and not listen. New management is not doing a good job

$8 for a sesame bagel w/butter and a chocolate chip muffin...are you kidding me? Never again! The muffin did not taste fresh...and there were only chips on top. Nothing inside. The bagel was just ok, but not with what I paid. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.
We had a bagel with egg, and the Greek omelette. Everything was quite tasty, and with friendly service. A surprisingly large menu for such a small place, with many different varieties of foods.

We do 175 restaurant reviews per year with over 33 million views in the first six months of this year and we really like Boston bagel Company because they have bagels just like New York City. We had the bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, which was excellent, along with a Chocolate muffin which was fantastic. Had the double shot espresso with a little bit of water which was wonderful as well. We highly recommend this place fresh bagels, open early and easy to pull up right in front of park friendly service as well with a huge selection of fresh bagels, made on site every day.

Has changed management a couple of times over the years. Unfortunate experience today, blaring music, no bathroom for paying customers, cream cheese has a sour taste. The bagels were soft so it wasn't all bad.

First time coming to this place and first impression from the outside is just a normal bagel spot. Once you get inside its a cool shop with a pretty lengthy menu to order from. Got a coffee and croissant and was extremely impressed with the quality of both. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!!!!!!
