This location is amazing!! They accommodated me on thanksgiving and I couldn’t have been more happy. They were kind and considerate, it made me cry I was so thankful for them on thanksgiving. I hope they enjoyed their day with family because all of the staff really deserved it. The whole staff made my thanksgiving day so special. I am just one person, but still wanted to have a little turkey. Thank you to the whole staff!

I was Disappointed when I Went to Boston market thinking that I could purchase a single meal and was turned away with several workers inside and food sitting on the serving area Not All people does online orders some people stil just want to come in an order single meals it's Sad How restaurant service have gotten worse over the couple of years no one wants to work anymore it's either understaffed or staff is good but bad service

Just pulled go to this place. Complete darkness. Drive thru open only. Drove up none of the servers acknowledged me. They were sitting on the table in the kitchen area and on their phones.

This place has the dining room closed way to often.1230 on a Friday afternoon ..u gotta be kidding they make u go to the drive thru..they don't want to clean and wipe tables etc ...blasting music and goofing off...NO other restaurant anywhere will close dining room at 1230 pm..happened again last week about 8pm

Service was HORRIBLE, Food was stale, dry and untastefull. The appearance was horrible as well. There was water leaking from the ruff and buckets on the floor right in front of the soda machine. It was all nasty!

Restaurant needs some updates and employees not happy and inviting. Have been coming here since college days 15 years and looks exactly the same, roof over drinking fountain was dripping water on floor from AC vent plus a hole was in ceiling. Last time I will be at this Boston Market. But food was not bad and my huge Chocolate Chip cookie was Fire.(Good)

they are down to only selling chicken and meatloaf, and on fridays: fish (you know, for the catholics ??♂️). the turkey, ham, and ribs are all off the menu. super.what is on the menu is the meatloaf, which has the consistency of cat food with roughly half the flavor. the creamed spinach, once a great side, is now just flavorless wet spinach. the rosemary potatoes were undercooked somehow, and the mac and cheese had absolutely no cheese flavor.there’s a ton of better places to eat in the area, and i can’t believe i am even saying this, but go order a burger from the clowns at mcdonald’s.even the name of the place was disappointing, somehow.

Oh and You might wonder why the company is closing stores and getting ready to shut down permanently. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat, you will thank me, later.You were warned!!
