The service was fine but the meatloaf gravy was liquid light brown grease. Definitely was not meatloaf gravy.

What happened to this place...no more chicken cooking in the rotisserie oven...chicken definitely was at least one day old..place is dirty and old..NO ONE was wearing gloves....terrible

Food was good. The girl at the counter was very good. She took the order, made the plates and rang us up, all while being cheerful and engaging . She is an asset there. Food was hot and fresh.

Took the time to make fresh potpies for my family & made sure I was taken care of while I waited.

All 3 ladies were fantastic. Felt very welcome. Definitely would go again.

You would think for a restaurant that looks like it’s going out of business that it would be having problems. When I came in the lobby was clean and the food was hot and fresh. I did not visit the restrooms so I can’t comment on that. Service was fast and friendly.

I usually really enjoy it. And the staff was very nice but the food was below standard. Some of the sides had obviously been sitting there for a while and nothing was hot...only luke warm. Not their best.

I've had it with chain places. The food quality for the price is poor. Boston Market used to be pretty good.

I can't believe I found an open Boston market...the staff was very friendly, very helpful and even though they were out of my favorite dishes they pulled together a good meal for me..it was an entertaining visit

Terrible location. Nothing was prepared. They literally didn't have chicken. Worse yet, it was disgustingly dirty. The staff was rude as can be. As someone who regularly orders BM, I would tell you to avoid this location.

I went to this location on Saturday and the restaurant was short staffed. The employees were super nice but overworked and understaffed. The restaurant was filthy and the men's restroom was horrific. I complained to the area director via Linked In as I gave him feedback at the sister store in Tamarac. He ended up blocking me. The woman called me from ciprorate and told me to go to another restaurant as they were doing their best. The department of health needs to pay a visit. No wonder why this great restaurant is going under. I told her that I never have an issue with Chick Filet or PDQ and she said to go to them instead.

What a bad experience. Out of so many sides!! Also closing early. The whole Boston Market chain is going to go out of business. Drove ther and couldn't dine inside.STAY AWAY

Doors locked....no entry to dining room...so you can't observe the food items you would be purchasing. Looked abandoned...no cars in parking lot. That means they're going to be serving old food...because they're not making a profit....bo...thanks!
